This is why 'Hate crimes' should be taken out of law enforcement. They serve as little more than a propaganda cry, they do not protect vulnerable minorities and the abuse of the term has thus mocked law enforcement itself.

whether Smollett made up the story after police threatened to charge them with battery. The brothers attorney said both brothers knew Smollett. There are unconfirmed reports that Smollett paid the two brothers to perform the alleged scheme. (2/2).

he has done a lot of damage not just to him self but to all victims of true racism and hate crimes because with this and so many other hoax claims of racism and hate crimes all it does is make people very skeptical when someone comes forward with those claims and that's sad

 

Don’t underestimate the left’s ability for Smollett to retain his victimhood status. You watch, some way, some how he’ll end up being the victim in all this.

Every victim of a crime has been 'hated' or maliceful feelings towards the victim. That's why it's a crime. If I rob from someone, do I have benevolent feelings towards them? Lol. Police sources: New evidence suggests Jussie Smollett orchestrated attack

Chicago (CNN)Two law enforcement sources with knowledge of the investigation told CNN that Chicago Police believe Jussie Smollett paid two men to orchestrate the assault.

The brothers, who were arrested Wednesday, were released without charges Friday after Chicago police cited the discovery of "new evidence." The sources told CNN that the two men are now cooperating fully with law enforcement.
Smollett told authorities he was attacked early January 29 by two men who were "yelling out racial and homophobic slurs." He said one attacker put a rope around his neck and poured an unknown chemical substance on him.

Except for an Uncorrobrated Second-Hand Hearsay (and Unsourced) TMZ story, there is NO evidence that Smollett ever said his attackers were "White".

Can anybody show me a piece of video where he EXPLICITLY says "My attackers were White"!

Show me a video of Smollett watching that EXACT phrase:

One law enforcement source tells TMZ at least one of the brothers turned over his phone and there is a call between him and Jussie in the vicinity of the "attack," but before it happened.

CNN is reporting the brothers purchased what looks like the rope Jussie had around his neck at a Chicago Ace Hardware store. CNN is also citing law enforcement sources saying Jussie paid the brothers to orchestrate the phony assault.

 

Oh dear Lord - if that is true this is gonna blow a LOT of peoples minds. It'd be far worse that what I suspected this story actually was.

The new evidence that resulted in them being dismissed without charges is reportedly that they were on tape purchasing the rope and apparently a phone call between jussie and one of the guys in the vicinity and just before the attack.

 

CPD sources tell fox32news the brothers arrested & released in Jussie Smollett case told detectives they were paid by the Empire actor to orchestrate the attack. Detectives also have a receipt for the rope found on Smollett neck showing the brothers bought it.

 

Listen at 2:20 where he rules out Muslims and Blacks and Hispanics as the alleged assailants.

If this is true this little racist arse needs to go to jail and hopefully no one will ever sign him to a contract again.

The writing is pretty clear at this point. The assault was a hoax and a staged and orchestrated attack from the beginning.

I would like to sincerely apologize to a whole host of folks. I'll try to take the time to track down more, but off the top of my head, @Stuart Wolfe , @MMC , @Steve N , @Jestsayin , @Badaboom , @Reality , @TRFjr all deserve my apologies for buying and defending his story so vehemently against you. I apologize for casting any aspersions against you personally. I think I just felt so invested from the beginning to defend him and there were enough opportunities and plausible deniabilities to explain the holes in his story.

Jussie's career should be over. He should suffer the full penalty of law. Maybe he comes back in a few years as a d list celebrity in celebrity big brother or whatever.

But **** him and the harm he has created for a whole host of individuals that suffer legitimate attacks. They will face extra scrutiny and many will be denied necessary justice because of Jussie's actions.
