    He DID walk DIRECTLY in front of the native American with a **** eating grin on his face trying to impress the 50-or 60 of his school pals who surrounded and mocked the Indian.I have seen nothing to indicate HE did not initiate the confrontation.

    Republicans: completely and totally against frivolous law suits until they are totally for them.
    This is the very definition of a nuisance suit. No way they can win this in court. They are clearly gunning for a settlement.
