It was only last December that the GOP was passing legislation in order to curtail the executive authority of newly elected Dem Governors.

IOW when the GOP gerrymandering and voter suppression is repealed and they go back to being the MINORITY party that they have always been.

Wrong on ALL counts as usual!

You are disingenuously IGNORING the deportations and voluntary returns.

Once you SUBTRACT the removals and returns you end up with about 90,000 per year which is only 7500 per month.

Drugs are all coming via the legal ports of entry so your beloved BLOTUS's penis substitute wall is not going to stop that happening either.

You have ZERO factual substantiation for your hyperbolic drivel about diseases.

You just proved YOURSELF to be WRONG with your own dictionary quote!

The Border Patrol are LAW ENFORCEMENT with makes them police!

    https://www.cbp.gov/about

    ALL police are government employees.

Not all government employees are law enforcement.

The MAJORITY of government employees are CIVILIANS.

Hopefully that cleared up your confusion on this point!

Removal and returns don't count the catch and releases, nice try, but wrong again.

    Nope!

You are disingenuously IGNORING the Removals and Returns which means that ut is the NET increase that actually matters.

You're disingenuously IGNORING the catch and release folks. Give it up, your argument is dead in the water.

    Wrong again!

Catch and release ONLY applies to people who request ASYLUM!

If the same people who rate FDR, Wilson and Lincoln write the book then no doubt.

The same law that Trump is using has been used 58 times before so hardly a new precedent. Also, Congress will be hard pressed to say that it isn't warranted since they just voted for wall funding.

This is a rather remarkable admission that you don't support the Constitution.

So how could you possibly suggest there is a question of who supports it, when you obviously don't?

It is a bit eye opening to see the depth of manic like behavior in those who clearly suffer from some kind of psychological disturbance.

I mean dang, get a grip.....

    The Emperor Has No Wall.

Trump's fantasy erection will endure. Not only has the reality-tv performer with no experience or expertise in border security who contrived his "big, beautiful wall" (that he would make Mexico pay for) as a campaign gimmick now secured its place in the realm of non-existence by triggering a quagmire of litigation. He has succeeded in reinforcing his airy-fairy juju as a mirage for his worshippers, whilst satisfying the significant majority of Americans who oppose its becoming the extravagant and ineffectual reality of which he is purportedly being deprived by evil, bad, nasty, naughty people.

And I mean it sincerely, it's difficult for me to see people reflect the indoctrination they have been subjected to.

How are they going to succeed in the real world?

What has been done is such a disservice to these impressionable people.

They will continue to be miserable since its highly unlikely Democrats will ever become cohesive enough to elect another president. Just look at the cast of characters they've got running in 2020! Not a chance of winning with those losers.

Suing to stop the wall is another huge waste of time and money, but hey... it gives them the illusion of power and thats probably as close theyll get for the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately for the hysterical left, the Administration has about $5 billion without ever getting to the National Emergency funding. The wall is being built.

There is no precedent for diverting already allocated funds for a non-military operation and only two military actions.

Sure there is. The Administration has a couple of funds they can use now. The Treasury Forfeiture Fund, the Department of Defense Counterdrug Activity fund (10 U.S.C 284), and the funds just passed by Congress so before he ever gets to the $3.6 billion National Emergency funding he has around $5 billion to spend. All of that funding can be used now and the NE fund can still wait.
