This is my point... if they aspire to something more than pumping gas or slingin packets, they need to stay in school. They need to dress appropriately for professional work... that is pants around the waist. They need to not **** up their lives by having babies before they are ready, joining gangs, smoking bales of weed, etc.. They do have a choice.., hopefully they make the right one.

 

Like their Asian, Hispanic, and Euro-American counterparts, they need to take responsibility for their actions.

I believe they are taking responsibility. And we are seeing the result. Most complain about the result of them taking responsibility.
They are living the exact life that they made, that is taking responsibility, is it not?
It may not be the life you and I want to see for them, but that is the life they did and they are living it. Is that not being responsible for their actions?

As for that lady, what should happen with all those kids?
They are not old enough to be responsible yet.
