Ahh let's clear up this specious nonsense the MSM is now trying to spin about the "well there are no further indictments because a sitting President cannot be indicte" nonsense. The grand jury can issue a bill of indictment against a sitting President. The indictment cannot be SERVED of a sitting President. The SC or the AG would inform the Speaker of the House the President has been indicted by a grand jury. Then the Congress would impeach and remove and THEN the now private citizen would be served with the indictment and prosecuted. Or as in Bill Clintons case would not be removed and the SC would then wait until he is leaving office and THEN present the indictment. So that Trump cannot be served with an indictment while acting as President has nothing to do with an indictment being returned by the grand jury.
