Republican Barr, as Trump's AG, finding it necessary to reference Trump's emotional instability as an excuse for his pissy behavior was amusing.

He further confirmed what the Republican-run Senate Committee on Intelligence had verified - that Russia conspired to pervert a US presidential election. That is of far greater consequence and concern:

Isn't that the bend and twist the truth dance that Trump choreographed? Laugh while you can because the report is going to show that Barr's overview of the report was totally misleading. That report was meant to be given to congress for a conclusion. Barr took it upon himself to present his own conclusion to the public. DOJ policy prohibited anyone in DOJ from indicting a sitting president, including Barr. Therefore, the conclusion of the investigation was supposed to have been left to congress. Barr gave more than one misleading summary prior to releasing the redacted report in an attempt to influence the public's perception of its contents. The truth is going to be revealed and it is not going to be kind to Trump.

Don't worry, that is just the first stage of grief....."denial of reality". You will go through the other stages soon enough after you become aware that there is NOTHING to nail Trump for. After about a month....when the Mueller reports disappears from the news, your grieving will become much better to cope with.
