    So what.

    I've already posted on this website about that exact, Clarence "Uncle" Thomas Syndrome, which consumes Black America by rewarding Blacks for hating each other and discriminating against each other when uplifting us White people.

    Well, in my old dept, VP, white. Directors, white. Managers, white and one Asian.
    My new department...VP, white. Director, white. Managers, three white, one black. The white managers have white, Asians, Latino, black employees. The black manager has all white employees.
    The Business Development dept that I work closely with is predominately white with a few Asians.

    Only because affirmative action and decades of lawsuits over hiring practices have made it more likely for them to hire in that pattern. Look back in the 70's and you will find those numbers are far different. You live in the bubble of the now with no concept on how recent history has changed hiring practices.
    You cannot discount the effects of affirmative action because affirmative action is the reality of your numbers.

    No. It showed blacks hire blacks at a disproportionate level while whites do NOT hire whites at a disproportionate level.

    So you’re okay with blacks being disproportionately represented in the workplace but not white people?

    According to your logic shouldn’t you be advocating for whites to be better represented in the work place?

    But here. Let’s try this. Since you acknowledge that the hiring rates are not discriminatory in favor of whites and in fact is discriminatory in favor of blacks... shouldn’t AA programs helping them get jobs end?

    I have a question.. why is it than when really stupid mob violence breaks out (esp. restuarants, malls, fairs, amusement parks, etc..) .. you can correctly guess the race over 90% of the time?

    What biased system? This is NOT the the 50s. What system in today’s world or the past few decades have prevented black people from getting into college, jobs, govt, ect. ? It is against the law to discriminate if you’re black or female or gay. But it’s celelbrated to discriminate against white males. Ask tech companies or any college.

    It’s percieved racism based on math. Less qualified black people from a smaller pool get less jobs in certain industries and the only explanation Liberals have is RACISM!! Just like it’s bigotry when there aren’t enough women. But when there are fewer white guys playing in the NBA or NFL why isn’t it a problem? When there are less men in Education it’s no problem. Less men in humanities. No problem. Less men in HR who do the hiring. No problem.

    And when you mention it you’re whining. Nope. Just pointing out facts and hipocrisy.

    Why does it have to be a good location? We bought a house in Brooklyn and had no problem getting a mortgage and it was a pretty rough area. . We hope the property value was going to skyrocket and it did

    Affirmative action was created by rich blue blooded aristocrats? Lol..there goes your credibility
    I just did a workshop last week and some woman just reminded me of you here. She was upset that her son didn’t get into Yale and he was number one in his class and a black kid in the school got in and she was fuming. I asked what the other boys rating was and he was third in his class. I pointed out that diversity is helpful.

    It’s really interesting because in the past women were pitted against each other and now women support each other especially in the workplace

    What tech companies and colleges don’t hire white males? By the way I just learned that many colleges are looking for white athletes to balance it

    Colleges have always looked for diversity, they always looked for people that had something different to offer. I love where I live because of the diversity

    Just curious did you say that when white males were going to Harvard who were less qualified ?they didn’t have to compete with more than 50% of the population . We had affirmative action for white males in New York City. I needed a higher average to get into the city universities but I never saw the boys that went as not qualified. Another interesting point is my daughter had a pretty decent score on her SATs but I could afford to give her a special course and her scores went up 200 points. Did that make her more qualified?
    Black students do not do more poorly but that is indeed noticed by white racists. It’s interesting when a black person does poorly his race blamed but when a white person does poorly that person is blamed

    I have to ask because studies show that diversity is NOT beneficial. It is in fact the very opposite. Especially when you include a less qualified employee or student for the sake of diversity.

    Very interesting you are concluding that people who add diversity are less qualified. You don’t think there are black people and women that are just as qualified? Giving somebody an advantage after hundreds of years of handicaps doesn’t mean the person is not qualified. Did you say that a out the boys at Yale and Harvard and Princeton?many were less qualified than me,

    Depends on the final goal. Short term, diversity may not be as beneficial - long term, it creates a healthier society less prone to bloody revolution.

    Yes it does mean they’re not qualified if they can’t get in on their own merits.

    But let me ask you something. Should our workplaces and our universities reflect demographics that are comparable to our total population rate? Because that’s what I believe.
