I didn't say it wasn't terrorism. I simply identified the prerequisites for something to be "terrorism" by law.
A hate crime (kill the jews because I hatz the jews) isn't necessarily terrorism unless you're also adding "and i'm killing them to spark political change of some sort" or "I'm starting a race war!" etc.

You may be on to something here. In fact I haven't heard Bernie Sanders denounce the KKK either, or the Nazi Party, the Communist Party or Fascism. In fact, come to think of it, that's true of all the Presidential candidates.

Perhaps there should be a commission appointed to be sure Americans denounce these groups before they're ever able to hold public office or even serve in any area of responsibility. Again, some may call it a "Witch Hunt" but We The People deserve to know.
