    Rape is a crime -- if it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, the offender gets time in prison and life as a registered sex offender.

    As for graphic fantasies about mutilating men posted above... Trying to inflict them on a real-life violent offender may be difficult. Justifiable homicide by private citizens accounts to 353 cases in 2017 or 3% of all homicide here.

    Women have been completely disarmed in many parts of Europe.
    Against the law to even carry mace in public, the insanity!
    And Americans would never believe the short prison sentences some of these rapists get. 7, 6, sometimes 4 years. And only 7 years if it's a really bad brutal rape and the woman is battered bloody and bruised.
    Of course the rapists are not deported.
