Quite to the contrary, the court documents filed on the matter essentially name Crooked Donnie as an unindicted co-conspirator with respect to Cohen's guilty plea on the campaign finance violation.

"The statement is notable for the number of people who signed it — 375 as of early Monday afternoon, growing to 459 in the hours after it published — and the positions and political affiliations of some on the list. It was posted online Monday afternoon; those signing it did not explicitly address what, if anything, they hope might happen next.

Among the high-profile signers are Bill Weld, a former U.S. attorney and Justice Department official in the Reagan administration who is running against Trump as a Republican; Donald Ayer, a former deputy attorney general in the George H.W. Bush Administration; John S. Martin, a former U.S. attorney and federal judge appointed to his posts by two Republican presidents; Paul Rosenzweig, who served as senior counsel to independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr; and Jeffrey Harris, who worked as the principal assistant to Rudolph W. Giuliani when he was at the Justice Department in the Reagan administration."

I copied your words and checked google.

    Found this.

When a person is not named, they are not presumed guilty.

One more thing, If I plead guilty, it does not mean you pled guilty too. Trump has not pled guilty.

How many former prosecutors are there in the United States? Without that number this is meaningless

That is not how it works. See, otherwise you could be called an unindicted co conspirator. No person has gone to prison for what you claim.

Because they didn't address that issue. They only addressed Bonespurs' criminal behavior outlined in the Mueller Report.

Campaign finance violations were outside the scope of Mueller's mandate. The case has been farmed out to a US attorney's office...........hence the absence of a reference in Mueller's report.

We all share a brain? Bonespurs could benefit from sharing it, since he doesn't have one of his own.

Omarosa must be sharing her brain, and being very generous handing out the portions thereof. Omarosa just admitted she concealed facts from Mueller didn't she? Mueller didn't cite destruction of evidence when he cite potential obstruction. Do you believe Omarosa just confessed? If you do, Omarosa hasn't been generous with your portion.

Probably true. Like Hillary, he is above the law.

I recall when Jim Comey was talking to the public vs what Hillary did, he spoke of her as if he would prosecute her. Course her pal Lynch was not up for that.

My gigantic intellect should be shared if it was medically possible. This is how generous I am.

I'm not sure. But I do know that he'll be indicted when he's escorted out of the WH when he loses that 2020 election. Unless he resigns 1 minute before his term is up and Mike "Constipation Face" Pence pardons him.

You mean you know the Democrats -won't- impeach him because they, and you, know it's a losing issue.

If hr so clearly committed obstruction, as you believe, how is impeaching him a losing issue?

As I've stated numerous times, it's a political calculation. Though it shouldn't be; if the GOP had any sense of patriotism and balls, this would be an easy call.

Not like Hillary, Hillary wouldn't be indicted because she didn't do anything. Trump isn't being indicted because he has a Senate full of lickspittle, fawning toadies to shield him

So, the Democrats, even though it is the right thing to do, won't impeach Trump because they know it is a political loser.
Where is their sense of patriotism? Where are their balls?
