Trump is popular among his base and not Republicans.

Pyramid scheme? How cute. The only con in this scenario is your boy, Trump.

Right ... Trump broke social security did he? :roflol: Maybe the redacted portion of Mueller's report proves it? You'll have to take up your SS conspiracy theory on another thread, and with another poster.

The creation of jobs was facilitated by Trump's predecessor and he is reaping the benefits and goosing it further with the slashing of environmental controls for profit.

Never said that Trump "broke" social security. He promised to shore up social security and Medicare and hasn't happened.

Which does not change the actuarial model of SSA one bit.

But you did a good job of making ibob’s point.

Well it might not sound pretty, but SS is designed like a pyramid scheme, or sometimes called a Ponzi Scheme

The President can't unilaterally change the model of SS....that takes an act of Congress, with the Dems in the House, you know nothing is gonna happen in that regard. They'd rather it fall apart in a few years, and try and gain cheap political points in the meantime whenever someone suggest reform

Which is why their was no "collusion" conclusion in the report.

The Russians are the ones who hacked the DNC. They then released the emails to embarrass the DNC and affect the election. I never said they colluded, I said that the Russians interfered in the election, and Trump knew it and not only tried to get the emails directly, but he knowingly accepted their help without informing any US government officials. THEN he repeatedly lied about what he and his campaign did, and what they knew. Normally I would say that that would have a very negative affect on their re-election, but truth be told, his supporters don't care that he got help from a hostile foreign power, and that he accepted that help, and moreover that he lied about it.

And amazingly enough, the right will again carry an American flag on stage at their convention and again espouse their right to carry the "patriot" montra.
    _______________________________

The Papadopoulos meetings were "manipulated". OH FFS TC. You're better than that. "Staged events", again, FFS.....Trump and his people have lied from day one about ALL of this. We only found about almost all of this after they were outed. Their lies were kept up until they could not lie any longer, and now your defense is that they were set up ? Ask yourself one thing, and one thing only: If someone asks you to meet with a hostile foreign power, and tells you that its because they could help your campaign, do you think a real patriot would even take that meeting ?

The dems didnt push a collusion investigation

You are literally making this up. You dont get to re-write history. This was an investigation into why the russians meddled into our election. Nothing more, nothing less. When the Trump campaign, who was the benefactor of that meddling was looked at, the POTUS fired the lead investigator. Nothing "made up" there. The POTUS made it about him thru HIS actions. Dems had nothing to do with that.

But I'm sure you think that the Tarmac meeting between Clinton and Lynch was a setup right ?

What help did Trump knowingly accept, that he should have told the FBI about?

I don't like the Trump Tower meeting.

Democrats and Republicans pushed the collusion hoax.

From what I see, it is only Democrats who are fighting against the search for answers.

    Two ways to do it..

Cut benefits ( doom to any Politician)
Raise revenue another way to add to the SS coffers ( possible but not likely)

So, you're of the opinion that the attorney general(key word: attorney) has not looked at a single document pertaining to the investigation? Do you think the same of the Mueller report?

And I'm fully aware of how the government works, far more aware than the Left has been. For two years, you called Trump a Russian agent, and you've been refuted.

Yes...look up Ponzi Scheme. How it works is it takes money, doesn't invest it, and pays out to people at the top, with other people's money

He knew that the Russians had hacked the DNC and he sent Stone to get the data. He lied about that originally and so did Stone.

The Trump Tower meeting was one of multiple meetings they lied about.

"but in all likelihood it was a virtual server hosted in a data center. "

I love that part! Great guess........but it's still a guess. The DNC has a lot of very stupid people, but I doubt even they would give access to their critical data (election strategy, opposition research, media interaction and sources) to a third party which cloud storage has.
