Awesome. Now all you need to do is convince the Supreme Court you know more about constitutional law than they do. Let us know how that goes, lol
The debate about who started the concept of sanctuary cities became moot as soon as both sides adopted it. If you want to complain about local sovereignty, you should start with your peers refusing to enforce federal immigration laws. Either that, or adopt some intellectual consistency and accept that what works for one local subculture doesnt work for another, and we're a nation made up of states made up of counties for a reason. You can't have it both ways.
Cutting the federal government back is a good thing. The Founding Fathers specified the federal government should have limited power in only a few areas. Everything else was left for the states to decide. Over the years, the federal government has grown like a tumor.
Perhaps you are unaware that the intent of the found fathers and the constitution was to limit the size and reach of the federal government, to leave local authority in local hands- not the other way around. As usual, you speak about things with all the confidence of someone who has seen the cover, and believes he knows the book.
It is not that I know more than they do... it is they know how little you and the rest of the masses know.
Is that why your beliefs are not actual legal reality, and why none of the agencies you listed were struck down as unconstitutional? Lol.
Government are basically criminals. Why would the criminals admit to being criminals? Here see if your limited capacity allows you to understand this... Federal prohibition on drugs is unconstitutional. That is a fact. To prove this, ask yourself what did the Federal Government have to do in order to outlaw alcohol? They had to pass a Constitutional Amendment because the power to regulate alcohol was not given to them in the Constitution. Now ask yourself, where is the Constitutional Amendment against pot and the rest of so called "controlled substances"? There isn't one. So where did the authority for the Federal Government to regulate drugs come from? It is not in the original Constitution and no amendment to the Constitution was passed so how did they get this authority? They do not have it, but that does not stop them from prosecuting people for something they have no legal jurisdiction over. 80% of Federal laws are just as illegal but the American public are too damn stupid to figure it out. If you do not believe it try doing a little research on your own....
Right, we can all clearly see that you think you know constitutional law, better than the Supreme Court does. It’s quite amusing, lol
We can all clearly see you are incapable of intelligently debating this issue with me so have a nice day.
You were shown to be in error. I know that sucks, but you don’t need to pick up your ball and go home and pout. You can take this opportunity to learn something. Like your legal expertise is severely lacking, and you need to study up a bit.
The red states are not in harmony with the federal government. The time will come shortly that those red states must be occupied by federal military forces and reconstructed before being allowed to send any more senators and representatives.
And i don’t see you pointing out why he’s wrong. Do you ever provide any substance aside from your one liners? You and rahl have provided no substance, jdog wins unless you two do better. Come to think of it, rahl is also a one liner ‘little substance’ kind of guy, are you two the same poster? Hmm..
^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Perfect example of liberals thinking there are only 8 Amendments in the Bill of Rights.
Lefties don't like competition, and rather think that government operated more effectively with consolidated power. The founders understood that this was both dangerous and undesirable. Allowing states to compete for citizens and businesses, much like an open market, results in the most efficient and desirable outcomes. This is why the Constitution limits the federal government and the amendments authorize power to the people. The left, much like the OP, would like to forget these facts.
Get a grip. Seriously. Chicken Little, the shy is not falling. The country hasn't failed. Your party lost. Relax.
Sounds like somebody is itching to have a civil war! I can't wait until you crazies get "occupy red states with military occupation army" into the Democratic Party platform!
