Pelosi is very old even for a professional politician. A few flabby geriatric bulges are to be expected.
Of course, she is a liar, but dementia may be a mitigating factor.
I still think she is the best Democrat for the job. ;-)

Apparently, some people think Obama's a murderer. They think Obama murdered his gay lovers to shut them up. Murder is much more interesting than campaign finance violations.

I think your post demonstrates that you are as blind to the offenses of Trump as you accuse others of being toward Hillary.

Not even close... Nice that you would equate a personal smear vs a political statement....

And you know what?? Even if he did (and it's always possible with this turd), she'd still show up and do her job...

    Eat that fact....

I am a liberal, and I love our country, individual freedom, & individual rights every bit as much as you. As a liberal Democrat, I don't want government to control people. I want government to protect people & their rights & help people when & where necessary. I don't like the Electoral College, because in two of the last four elections it gave the Oval Office to the candidate with the fewer votes nationally, and that's equivalent to saying many of our individual votes don't really count or matter. I think that's wrong. I also don't like strong state's rights, for when our nation started, many citizens regarded themselves natives of individual states. Today most Americans regard themselves citizens of the entire country rather than a single state. I myself have lived in nine different states, and held jobs in each for a period of time. I don't regard any of them especially important to me above the others. I think this over-emphasis on state's rights, divides us, and harms the cohesiveness of the nation as a whole. The Electoral College keeps too much divisive power with the states.

If y'all wanna bring up Stormy Daniels and "campaign finance violations" then I'm gonna counter with Larry Sinclair and "murder".

Many of Trump's actions are pretty much all circumstantial and based on opinion. Why did he really fire Comey? Did he have the authority to fire Mueller? His interference might have impeded the investigation, but did it reach the level of obstruction? Was there criminal intent?

Hillary's infractions were a violation of security laws via negligence. She did have physical items destroyed before investigators had a chance to investigate. Bill did have a very inappropriate and secret meeting.

The House can pass hundreds of bills that are rejected by the Senate. I would guess that Speaker Ryan holds the record, but Pelosi has probably passed over 100.

Again, only legislation that has passed through the House and the Senate requires a President's signature to become law.

Each attack made against Trump is very conceived. As early as November 9 when democrats lost the battle to Trump, the worked hard on a plan to get rid of his presidential influence. Nancy Pelosi is not calling for impeachment, those she is the boss of do it for her.
Map out the Democrat dirty tricks operation.

    1. Plead with the public, backed up by the Democrat party press, that it was not Trump that won.
    2. Mount the mother of all dirty tricks by pretending it was Trump and the Russians winning the election.
    3. Pretend Trump must be investigated.
    4. Lie daily about Trump.
    5. Work hard to stop Trump from killing the ACA.

More but you must smell the fish rotting from the head.

Today on PBS they mounted a full scale assault on Trump. This is done daily by PBS with no let up.

    Do you watch PBS?

You can explain your disgust with PBS using the youtube section. Type in PBS newshour. That allows you to talk when the program airs. It will tell you when it is live.

Propaganda based on total lies certainly isn't dead yet. How can you oppose these investigations when Republicans actually impeached Bill Clinton for far less serious offenses? How very partisan. :(

I could care less about who gets the popular vote, particularly when our voting system is so ripe for fraud and it's feasible that 3 million plus Mexican nationals or other countries made that margin of victory possible for Crooked Hillary. Let's have real elections with only real verifiable Americans voting. We need election integrity. We need voter ID. We need a better system to stop fraud and election nights where 32 close elections where Democrats win 30, a statistical impossibility.

Pelosi passed 17. The official site however puts it at 23. I believe in the 23 figure. The conflict is the 17 was posted by a Pelosi fan.

I was never a Democrat (or any other leftwing party). I'm not a Republican because, for one thing, of the party's position on abortion.
    Yes, like Republicans.
Yeah, and the Senate Republicans got together intending by word and deed to make Obama a one-term President.
You're going way too far with this stuff.
Don't agree about Ryan. His tax cuts for rich people were a mistake. He wasn't interested in forcing competition on large corporations. He was right about business tax cuts.
McCain is gone, so why didn't Trump fix health care in 2018?
Trump shut down the government. He said we should blame him.
How about fighting Republican BS, too?

    Unsupported allegations? Rofl.

The man just ordered Don Mcgahn to not testify, just refused to submit to multiple requests for documents and testimonies by a whole host of congressional committees, and filed multiple lawsuits in multiple districts to stop validly issued subpoenas.

There is a veritable shitload of evidence to support her allegation that he is engaged in a cover up.

Trump had no viable plan for funding the infrastructure bill and so he wanted and needed any excuse to sabotage that meeting. Do not tell me you buy that line about him sabotaging the meeting solely because she said something mean about him.

A majority* of Americans elected Democrats specifically because they wanted someone to hold Trump accountable.

Perhaps if Republicans had made even a token showing of doing that, they would not have lost in 2018 by a record setting margin of defeat.

Was that Cherry or Grape kool aid.

Clinton clearly needed to be impeached. What he did to women will remain a stain on him for life.

You make some valid points. I've read that Hitler's economy before WWII, was regarded as the most successful in human history, & if Hitler hadn't massacred the Jews & started WWII, he would have been regarded as one of the most successful leaders in world history. It's also interesting to note, Hitler's economy was largely socialist in form. Not a form I'd support for America, but a powerful example that stands in contradiction to conservative arguments that socialism is never successful.

If they passed through the Congress Trump must have chosen to sign or veto them.
Bills that cannot get through Congress are irrelevant - usually fund raising tools.

“In recent years, despite thousands of bills introduced into Congress every year, only a small percentage (approximately 5%) become law. Of course, what matters for laws is quality not quantity. But why would legislators bother to introduce so many hopeless bills? What if they are not even designed to pass? ... The cold harsh reality in Washington is this: the very conditions that are so maddening for most Americans —gridlock, problems being ignored, hyper partisanship — are the very conditions that are most lucrative for the Permanent Political Class. Washington may not be working for citizens, but it's working quite well for members of the Permanent Political Class who profit handsomely.” EXTORTION, "How Politicians Extract Your money, BuyVotes, And Line Their Own Pockets, Peter Schweizer, HMO, NY, NY, 2013, p. 7, 8.

I appreciate that you didn't defend the Democrats' unconscionable abuse of power.

The 'hold accountable' buzzphrase doesn't work on me.
