    We pay a LOT OF MONEY to legislators to pass laws, it costs LOTS of money..

    Repetition of premise does not prove anything. "Its a human because its a human" is circular logic/ logical fallacy.

    Saying "DNA proves its a human" = logical fallacy as you have not shown that this claim is true.

    Aside from the above - the claim that a cell having human DNA is defacto "a human" on this basis - is preposterous nonsense and falsehood.
