It would require a massive security detail.

We already know. States are not and can not be made to enforce federal laws.

I would think dangerous for anyone, given the conditions we are seeing documented, and the incredible incompetence of California governance.

Los Angeles has really gone down the tubes, just over the last 5 years.

How many other areas will be flooded with illegal aliens and turned into California?

Californians that were there before have been replaced and displaced.
And then when these waves of Californians go to cities in outlying states, they displace the people that were living there.

Take a close look at the younger age demographic to focus in where all the change is happening.

The statistics would be far more shocking than anyone could believe, if we excluded all those people over the age of 45.

The state of California alone has a big enough population that, if it were emptied out, it could double the population in all of the other Western states.

This isn't an issue of "just one little state". It's an entire regional issue.

Tell that to all the poor that are dependent on handouts, which are increasingly shrinking due to illegals.

They believe the Government is God, and there's no limit to what the government can do, no problem they can't solve, if only another law were passed... and more money spent...

That's why they're never concerned about the consequences of their policies.

It's like a medical patient who takes a pill which has severe side effects, so they take two other pills for that, but those pills have side effects too, so they pop a couple more pills.

I've studied a few cults and see a lot in common with their secular religion and many of the wackiest elements in these cults.

Look at how those who do not agree, or express proscribed heretical beliefs are treated.

The defining trait of a cult is its fixed belief without evidence, and the length of time its around.

Marxism/leftism/statism is just a modern day cult.

    A political one.

I'm seeing more and more of things they have in common with Islam.

I should really start keeping a list.

Let's see... desire to destroy Western Civilization, being unable to handle beliefs they consider offensive, wanting to get rid of free speech, bent towards totalitarianism, melding of religio-political-social beliefs (although those specific beliefs happen to be diametrically opposed), hatred of Christians, hatred of Israel... I could go on quite a while

Islam is a religion, and a political, economic, and educational system.

Its been around long enough to qualify as a religion.

I do wonder what a region of the world would look like if, say, it had been taken over by Scientology for a 1000 years.

The cow who's actually paying to support illegal aliens in California are the working middle class who don't have any representation in the halls of Sacramento.

When California increased the taxes on the rich, that money went to the states and teachers pensions funds not into the classrooms or the infrastructure.

When they raised the California gas tax the money isn't going into repairing the feces covered roads but turning car lanes into bike lanes and building soccer fields for the children of illegal aliens.

Don't know who will be paying for free healthcare (MediCal) for the illegal aliens but my anus tells me it is likely me,

Damn are you negative, cheer up and relax. Think of this as a transition period. When the transition is complete, there will be no need for you to travel around the world to visit tourist hot spots like this:

they will be your backyard. Enjoy diversity!

Yesterday I heard there is a movement to change the name of San Francisco to San Franshithole.

The other day I had to go to the VA in Westwood. Instead of taking the freeways I spent 3 1/2 hours taking surface streets and what an eye opener and even the sidewalks of L.A. are covered with poop along with hypodermic needles, tents, garbage and flea infested rats.

Why is anyone surprised places in America are now beginning to look like a Third World?

With all the filth, disease, poverty, corruption, crime, that come along with that Third World.

I can only conclude that Progressives are not well travelled. Or if they do travel, they only go to those White English-speaking countries or Western Europe or Japan.

Also most American tourists who visit Mexico stay in the special tourist zones, and never see much of the real Mexico.

Um, I think, some of Ca was Mexico 1st. If you're going to play that card.

Then if Ca residents don't want to leave, then change what's happening.
Again, no one is forced to live there.

The only constants in this world is death and taxes.
    Change occurs every day.
