Actually his last year's were among his worst years and his last quarter was going over a cliff. Obama went down in history as having the slowest recovery from recession than any president and he was the first never to achieve a 3% annual GDP and had two terms to do so. That's his economic legacy.
The United States should just eliminate the next provocation with enough force to send the needed message to Iran. When a speedboat decides to play we simply let a phalanx do its job instead of pressing the Off button and when they complain we just say we are defending ourselves so our sailors are not captured again.
