We all support BUSINESS OWNERS serving (or not) anyone they please. We are talking about employees, bringing their personal grievances to work with them.

A business owner can refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. An employee has no business bringing his/her personal grievances to work, and taking it out on customers. Two VERY different propositions.
