The New York Times reported that the Trump administration is entertaining the idea of a deal with North Korea that includes a “freeze” in its nuclear program, rather than the complete and total denuclearization the administration has demanded.

In other words, according to this idea, North Korea would be allowed to keep its existing nuclear weapons and there is no mention of ballistic missiles.

The White House is completely stonewalling the diplomatic shift. It has not said a thing. After his best imitation of Neville Chamberlain, Trump hasn't tweeted or said a thing about the idea. In fact, since his return from North Korea, Trump hasn't said or tweeted anything about NK or Kim.

Various issues regarding Iran and her expansion of uranium enrichment is also being left for another day.

Take note of that first one. The redistricting rationale was not used by government's case for good reason. Redistricting was the main reason the Supreme Court shot down the government's case. The plaintiffs in the case argued that this is a thinly veiled attempt by Republicans to gain a potential game-changing tool in redistricting.
