Without god to buttress them, the concepts of "right" and "wrong" are meaningless abstractions invented by humans.

The only thing worse than a militant religious person is a militant atheist.

Can you explain how "good" has any objective meaning in the absence of a divine power?

    Thanks for proving my point.

In the absence of a divine power, each individual is free to assign whatever meaning they want to concepts like "good" and "evil". Everything becomes relative and therefore devoid of true meaning.

Which ONLY still mostly happens in islam...other religions have caught up to current times. Funny that people have to time travel all the way to the crusades whenever they wanna talk smack about Christ

Christianity, Islam, and Judaism have given religion a bad name.

Modern "Christians" are positively murderous. Just look at what they're doing to the Middle East.

Everything relies on faith to some extent, even science.

Belief is, by its very nature, a rejection of logic as the means of discerning truth. Belief defies logic.

That does not mean that there are not invisible gods aplenty, lurking in silence, and obsessing over and forming opinions concerning every insignificant aspect of human affairs.

    That is what gods do.

What they do not do, relentlessly, is subject themselves to human logic.

    Nonsense.

Everything, including science and mathematics, starts with belief.

Okay, so feel free to explain how concepts like "good" and "evil" have any objective or universal meaning in the absence of a divine power.

I don’t need to have god in my life to know murder is wrong.

Nonsense, Science and mathematics are predicated upon establishing proofs, inherently recognizing human fallibility through self-correcting processes.

Beliefs are predicated upon dogma, immutable and impervious to logical analyses.

Galileo, in pursuing the former, ran afoul of the latter.

Science can never disprove any of the invisible gods lurking in silence, and obsessing over and forming opinions concerning every insignificant aspect of human affairs.
That is not within the purview of science.

Religion will never succeed in suppressing knowledge as was attempted with Giordano Bruno, Galileo, Darwin, etc., etc., etc.
That is not the bailiwick of religion.

And all proofs are predicated upon axioms.

There is nothing to comprehend. You're just making assertions without any explanations.

This is not about science or the Kingdom of God

But rather the desperation of athiests to attack other peoples beliefs

Being dependent upon etherial entities for one's moral values necessitates being subjected to the capriciousness of all the gods that humans have and will acknowledge. Since they are theoretically infinite in number, that inevitably arrives at a relativity that far exceeds applying one's innate recognition of right and wrong.

Atheistic parents are no more apt to raise evil children than the most virulent religionists are.

That does not negate the role of religions in promulgating codes of ethics such as
    1. Feed the hungry
    2. Give drink to the thirsty
    3. Welcome the stranger
    4. Clothe the naked
    5. Visit the sick
    6. Visit the prisoner
    7. Bury the dead.
These, although central to a Christian ethos, are admirable guidelines for all, including the secular authorities elected to fulfill the public will.

    Your are confused.

Although not an atheist, I do not attacks any of the gods. Nor do I deny any of them.

On the other hand, religionists attack and deny other people's gods all the time.
