Class...this is why it takes so much courage for a woman to report an assault. Here is the person who is saying she lied. He doesn’t know if she did or not, but he’ll call her a liar. But this is probably the same kind of person who says that the 23 women who claim Trump sexually assaulted them are also liars. I am sure Dr. Ford had an ulterior motive after all she’s a woman so she could not have been assaulted by a drunk guy who had a reputation for getting out of control. We even saw that at his hearing? What a great temperament for a supreme court justice. But of course I can say he absolutely lied and that he is a rapist. After all if she’s lying why couldn’t he be lying. What would she get out of lying but we know what he will get out of lying

 

Yes, many men and women will lie like rugs. Many more will lie like rugs for money.

 

Of course she lied. We all know she lied. Not even her supposed witnesses could corroborate her story, which was fake and she made it all up.

Women who get up and lie in front of the world trivialize women who really were assaulted.

You really believe that?

The few times I took reports of sexual battery of a female, I was very careful to provide the victim with all of the resources available to her, I could not undo the crime, but I did my best to ensure she would have any and all support that was available to her.

After which, I would use as much free time as dispatch would allow me to hunt down and take into custody her attacker, to me it was a mission and if allowed to do it off duty I would have.

You seem to jump to conclusions about people you have no knowledge of, conclusions which you have no factual backing to make, other than your own emotional backlash to the comments posted by such.

 

She made money off of getting up in front of the world and telling lies to ruin someones life. She accused an innocent man of assault so she could ruin his life and keep him off the Supreme Court.

She should be in jail for perjury. She should be sued for defamation of character. In the process, she ruined real victims who suffer sexual assault because their crimes will be trivialized by what this woman did.

 

The DOJ must have a grand jury shortage - or the criminal justice system is rigged just like DP primary elections.

 

By the way that would indicate to the common person, you lack good judgment as to who you hang around with.

For most women once is enough, they don't make the same mistake twice, however there are others who develop a pattern of making the same mistake over and over again, and that's not the males problem, at that point he becomes the victim of a female who is willing up front, but after the fact changes her mind and files a false claim.

As for your claim of being sexually assaulted, where you hospitalized with injuries indicating you had been beaten or constrained as part of the assault?

 

Sure... If valid charges are filed with the District Attorney (or a U. S. Attorney, whichever is appropriate to the alleged crime, in the location indicated), and a preliminary hearing or conference indicates that the evidence exists to make a credible case, then, YES, there could indeed be a trial. Did you not take civics or anything in high school...?

That is more or less the way that legal processes involving crimes have worked in the United States for as long as there has BEEN a United States. Do you really want me to go back and start reciting all that stuff about the 'Code of Hammurabi' again...?

If the law was administered the way you seem to favor, I could go to court and simply make an accusation against YOU, and say that YOU made some kind of sexual attack on ME -- and then the court would go after you, even though I presented no case, no evidence, no proof, no NOTHING, and then they'd chew YOU to pieces! Is that really what you advocate...?

Ford did not lie. The friend that she came with was downstairs when "I like beer" Kavanaugh tried to rape her. The only other witness was Kavanaugh's best friend. Both of these young men were blotto at the time of this incident. Maybe their memories are not what they should be.

 

Ford lied and was paid to do so, that's on the record.

LOL, she had a reputation while in school. One of the reasons she scrubbed her social media before her silly claims that not one of her 'witnesses' saw.

 

Back in her days, she would be referred to as a Vespa, fun to ride, but one wouldn't want to be seen by their friends riding her.

How dare she impugn the reputation of a good Catholic boy who spent most of his high school sticking a tube up his ass so as to absorb the alcohol faster

If I have a daughter I will tell her to go for love and not be impressed by power and wealth, if I have a son I will tell him to be a gentleman in all things as my father did for me. And no being a womanizer is no big deal, who cares? I hope YOU never have a son who is falsely accused and has his life ruined even if he is never found guilty in a court of law.

 

PEOPLE lie, especially when the person is rich and famous, smoke without fire allegations are an appalling travesty.

 

Hell yeah, look at all the courts with a grudge against Trump if there was ANY chance of a conviction they'd leap at the chance.
