Now it is legal to buy in Nevada, but it would have to be sent to a California FFL, and its not in a "legal" configuration for CA. Which makes me think he used his Nevada ID to make the purchase. Nope. Ever since they changed the definition of 'mass shooting' to include nearly all gang shootings, its been running right around there. If a banger fires a few shots (drive by) at a group of people (rival gang) its a 'mass shooting'. I can name a few cities in the US where this happens regularly. 1 a day actually sounds a bit low.
