Active Shooter Situation In El Paso, TX, Police Have 'Reports Of Multiple Shooters'

Im not "defending horrible tragedy and hate", im specifically attacking your solution-which is to ban guns from hundreds of millions of law abiding citizens.

 

I don't see right wingers condemning this like they do when someone knocks someone's MAGA hat off.

If this were a Muslim, I imagine you'd be condemning everything about all Muslim people...demanding a ban, etc.

Don't you see the fact that so many people are happy to gamble on the validity of an alleged manifesto in the first place is a proof of their own prejudice? As is the need to bring up the President as if he had anything whatsoever do to with this. There are lots of haters in the world but their mentality is typically identical. On a psychological level there is no difference between the person who sees 'bombing' then thinks 'Muslims' and the person who sees 'shooting' then thinks 'Trump'.

 

You're more concerned about your precious guns than the innocent people that keep getting slaughtered by right wing losers with weapons of war.

 

While I agree with several of the points that Crusius makes in his 'manifesto' (see Post #104), absolutely NOTHING about what he is alleged to have done excuses anything about this horrendous series of murders. He might have made some plausible observations about what's wrong in the United States today, but for doing what his now charged with, he should have his intestines pulled out of his abdomen, one inch per hour, and then have hydrochloric acid poured on them, one inch at a time....

 

What's he going to do there? Head the investigation or get face time?

We just had a right-wing mass shooting, where Trump was mentioned and praised by name, we just witnessed Trump have to disownn a racist "send her back" chant, and now we have another mass murder by a white guy and we're NOT going to think "white supremacists nutjob"? Are you kidding? That's the first thing I thought when I heard "Texas", and when he turned out to be white, I was sure, and lo and behold...he's a white supremacist nutjob.

We're all shocked this happened, of course. Trump was working so hard to unite the country.

In my country (the Netherlands) we never have mass shootings like this because guns are simply NOT allowed in the hands of ordinary citizens.

That's the law and it works for us to prevent the possible slaughter of hundreds of innocent citizens a year.

Ask the relatives of those killed in El Paso how they feel about the fact that Trump simply doesn't care about laws that provide such safety...

What do you expect Trump to do about guns, many which were already manufactured and sold before he was president? How could Trump possibly have stopped this?
