    It is completely relevant. Lefties want to say this shooting was the result of some faux white supremacy ideology, with no proof, while ignoring a true and real dangerous ideology like Islamic Extremism.

    Nobody's "baiting" anyone. This guy is pretty well confirmed as a White Supremacist, they're reporting a fact.

    And it seems a salient point that WS types seem to think that everyone is just champing at the bit to get out there and start killing people, that we're all waiting to begin the slaughter and just want one guy to start it and we'll all join right in. Is that part of the psychosis? And if it is, isn't that a useful thing to know.

    By no means. I'm against guns being in the hands of anyone not in the military or LE. That's about as politically inconvenient a stance on that issue as you can take.

    The reality here is that we have multiple issues that have combined to create a crisis.
    1) Easy access to deadly weapons.
    2) Easy access to powerful drugs.
    3) An angry and divided population.
    4) The rise in illegal immigration.
    5) Presidential indifference or unstated support for bigotry.
    6) An almost cultish adherence to his call.

    We also have an entire generation that seems mentally compromised and prone to extreme violence or killing.

    I am unaware of any solution if there even is one, so I simply avoid people as a general rule whenever possible.
