    Do tell.
No one forced any company in the USA to do any business in China. They all know the risks before going in, and are willing to forgo those risks for profit.

Why don't you ever post some links to back up claims? So everyone can see where you get those numbers from?

While farmers are closing up shot, that is protecting our workers and economy.

R's sure have a weird way of protecting workers.

I'm sorry if I made it to hard for you.
So to directly answer your question:
    Yes.
We would not allow Chinese courts to try US companies; therefore it is wrong to expect them to allow it.
    Now answer the question.

The deficit has gotten worse since the trade war started and is about to steadily worsen as the US loses China as a customer.

    Link

The products that the US was selling to China can be obtained elsewhere (or in the case of technology made by them) and the US cannot easily replace China as a market, if at all.

Trump has really screwed the US.

I generally do but certain things I assume are just general knowledge to informed people which I assume most people in this forum are. Maybe I'm mistaken and when I say things like Trump is president I should provide a link.

Where is it written that American farmers must export to china

Throughout history the goal of a nations agricultural policy was to secure a food supply for its people

Now American farmers over produce and have to sell the surplus to china

They should seek other markets for their grain or cut back on production

Lower production means less cost of production and will often result in the same profit to the farmer

Its not quite that simple of course because farmers tend to take on too much debt in the belief that the market will always go up

But if we are totally dependent on china then something is wrong

China treats foreign companies who want to set up in china with demands that we dont have in America

    Technology transfer for instance

And they target American industries for takeover and extinction

What is so hard to understand.
If you don't like it don't do it.
Those companies want that market bad enough to do it.

The CEOs and investors of American companies setting up in china will make money in the short run

But long term it benefits only china

Which is ok since companies typically change managers more often than they change socks

And Wall St can bail out on a moments notice

The farmers will have no choice since you will have trapped them in a banana republic nightmare with china as the top dog

I understand that but, this is only one "demand" of many. Its not all good and its not all bad. The question we are addressing is the reasonableness of demands on both sides and you have claimed that we do not have any unreasonable demands.

The unresonableness of some Chinese demand - has nothing to do with the question of whether or not we have unreasonable demands - so - your claim is not supported by your example.

So just so I understand. You want to bring jobs back, but at the same time you want to make it easier for US companies to do business in China?
    Rightie logic.
