It was since the beginning of Christianity; even since Old Testament times before Christianity.

    Yup.

    That doesn't mean I'm wrong.

    Yup.

Democracy has never flourished. There are no Democracies in existence today. They all fail and dissolve into dictatorships or oligarchies.

    Self governance is not democracy.

It is for personal freedom. You have free will. You have the freedom to govern yourself however you please. However, you are not free of the consequences of said choices, since it is self governance under God.

Our nation was founded around that. Our nation was founded as a nation of self governance under the US Constitution.

Yes - You know a little of what it is like to doubt someone's view of the supernatural - because, of the many versions YOU doubt.

I say "a little", because your response to the beliefs of others is probably more like "my version is right", whereas my response is more like "I'm OK with that".

Your KKK thing is just a failure on your part to understand American history of racism in politics. You should be more careful to not expose your lack of knowledge so blatantly.

No its not, its failure to acknowledge the truth, and denial of the facts.

History is what it is regardless how you want to sweep hard realities under the carpet and pretend it never happened.

If you think I am wrong, by all means take your best shot and counter the evidence posted above instead of posting bunk designed to whitewash hard realities.

You're posting something from a specific era.

Your post includes some history, but it does NOT represent what has been the case over the last decades.

Today, white supremacists like the support they get from Trump. And, Dems promote a direction of equal treatment under the law, as projected by our constitution.

Robert Carlyle Byrd was an American politician who served as a United States Senator from West Virginia for over 51 years, from 1959 until his death in 2010.

In a 2001 interview Byrd said the phrase "white ******s" two times on a national television broadcast.

Bravo yet another bullshit post, 2010 to 2019 is not even one decade Will, why do you continue to post pure unadulterated bullshit?

Clearly your post represents a monumental case and perfect example of denial from those who cant handle the truth, furthermore the KKK is a secret group and there is no way in hell anyone would believe the drivel you posted unless you were a grand wizard, there is no way for you to know that: "it does NOT represent what has been the case over the last decades", because they are a secret society and you arent on their guest list, sorry.

Byrd was re elected by the people!

    Please stop making **** up.

Top 10 Ways Obama Violated the Constitution during His Presidency

The Obama administration has been the most lawless in U.S. history. Here are just a few examples to prove it.
    By Ilya Shapiro
    https://www.cato.org/publications/c...obama-violated-constitution-during-presidency

Obama Only Furthered the Imperial Presidency
He points first to the 2011 Libya intervention.

How Obama Ignored Constitutional Checks and Balances
Indeed, once he lost the congressional majority that allowed him to sign breathtakingly unconstitutional legislation like Obamacare and Dodd-Frank,

    1. The Chrysler Bailout
    2. Obamacare Implementation
    3. Political Profiling by the IRS
    4. Recess Appointments
    5. DACA and DAPA
    6. Assault On Free Speech and Due Process On College Campuses
    7. The Clean Power Plan
    8. The WOTUS Rule
    9. Net Neutrality
    10. EPA’s Cap-And-Trade

    That’s Only The Beginning

Then, of course, there’s the administration’s abysmal performance before the Supreme Court, where its win percentage hovers around 45 percent (as against a historical norm of 60-70 percent). The Justice Department has even suffered nearly 50 unanimous losses, half again as many as under George W. Bush or Bill Clinton. These cases have come in such disparate areas as criminal procedure, religious liberty, property rights, immigration, securities regulation, tax law, and the separation of powers. They have nothing in common other than incredible assertions of federal power. The government’s arguments across this wide variety of cases would essentially allow the executive branch to do whatever it wants without constitutional restraint.

Are these really the kind of powers President Obama and his progressive enablers would want their worst enemies to have? As my colleague Gene Healy writes in the latest issue of Reason, “the very idea of ‘President Trump’ seemed like a thought experiment a libertarian might have invented to get a liberal friend to focus on the dangers of concentrated power. Now it’s an experiment we’re going to run in real life, starting January 20, 2017.”

If you live by executive action, you die by executive action—whether that means reversing President Obama’s policies or pocketing his constitutional excesses for future use.

    LOL!

Sorry, dude. You're dredging up history and pretending that it's like that today.

And, you very well know it is NOT.

There’s that lack of common sense again. If all these things were illegal like you are saying, do you really believe that the Republicans would let them get away with it? I’m sure you’ve got this from some right wing extremist site

and you pretend to know the reasons things are the way they are? your posts tells me you know very little about what goies on behind closed doors of politicians.

Hint: we live in a kleptocracy. no, look it up.

Like Will, you only know what is politically expedient, not one drop more.

Nothing was "fallacious" about my post. Define "fallacious".

My first claim was supported by Philosophy, which defines what religion is.

My second claim was supported by the US Constitution itself, in the sections which I noted for you.

    :roflol:

Kneejerk denial based upon not knowing what the term means!

    Too funny for words!

That you FAILED to CREDIBLY substantiate the rest of your claptrap says VOLUMES.

No, your pretending things about the Constitution does not count as credible substantiation.

Laughable. Philosophy is based as much upon a philosopher’s opinion as facts. So you get to pick and choose truths because you get to pick and choose the philosopher you happen to agree with. Typical. Any discussion of religion deteriorates to faceless opinion eventually.

Another historical fact. From China, to Germany to the Soviet Union to Trump Land. As soon as you start building walls to keep people out, you deteriorate into a faction that needs to try to keep people in.

Oh I know about the Republicans desperation to get rid of Hillary and to believe that they had something on her but let it go shows how little you know. They didn’t have evidence of wrong doing.

Don't worry; I'll help you out. A fallacy is an error of logic. If something is fallacious, then it contains a logic error.

The US Constitution is a valid source.

Don't take my word for it; read the document for yourself.

Where are you getting your "facts" from? (You don't even use the word 'facts' correctly, as they are NOT universal truths nor are they proofs, but I won't quibble with that at the moment)
