There are no quotes from any transcripts....there are Dems comments on his testimony.....there is a difference, as we have seen from Shifty's use of parody in the past

I understand and appreciate that it takes integrity to correct your misconception.

    Good job!

Stay in denial, it will be that much more fun when Trump no longer has a leg to stand on.

I'm not giving you theories. I've provided you with the actual House rules, in a link in comment 48. Read them or not, but if you don't bother to read them, at least stop posting comments about the process.

They're going to get him this time! Lololol

Are you all going to keep this up throughout his entire second term, too?

Hmmm...about half of the "demonstrators" were members of the Committee, who could have been there and asking questions of the witnesses without the hoopla. This was "showtime," Trump style. Trying to set his stage. And it failed.

What am I in denial about? You can't produce a quote from the transcripts....that's fact

Um no you didn't....not as it relates to impeachment

    https://history.house.gov/Institution/Origins-Development/Impeachment/

"ndividual Members of the House can introduce impeachment resolutions like ordinary bills, or the House could initiate proceedings by passing a resolution authorizing an inquiry. The Committee on the Judiciary ordinarily has jurisdiction over impeachments, but special committees investigated charges before the Judiciary Committee was created in 1813."

    -That's the House's own website

It was a good thought to have, since that is where actual impeachment inquires take place

Yes because nothing says "democratic" like preventing 75% of the House of Representatives accessing the kabuki "impeachment inquiry" held in basement lairs.

Republicans changed the rules, and the rules Republicans made are now being followed.

Not a misconception at all, noticed you didn’t answer the question.

Furthermore, I quoted the word he used “phony”, you edited this to “phony Constitution” because you have no actual point besides deflection.

Always living up to your username.
That you mention integrity is ironically hilarious

"you edited this to “phony Constitution”"

And you were doing so well. I edited nothing.

You realize people can go back and see what was said, correct?
I would be a smartass and say you were doing well — but we both know you weren’t.

And do you hear the Democrats of that 75% making a fuss?? No....

I don't want to read all 7 pages of this thread, and if anybody already pointed this out, I apologize, but this is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard from one of the stupidest men in Congress...

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy appeared to excuse the lawmakers who brought their cellphones into the secure area, telling Politico: “These are individuals who have never been in Intel Committee before or anywhere else. So it’s nothing serious from that matter.”

Who ARE these Republican Congresspeople who have never been "anywhere else"???

I've never been there either, but if I was INFORMED I was going into a secure area where cellphones are not allowed, I probably wouldn't bring my cellphone in...

Do you really want me to explain to you how quotation marks work?
Did our public education system fail you that badly?

You made an accusation. It seems reasonable, to me, to ask you to back it up.

I don't give a damn what Democrats do.

Impeachment is a power given to the House as a whole, not to Schiff and his kabuki dancers.

Yes on hearings, not impeachment inquiries....a vote still has to take place issuing a resolution, then it goes to the proper committee, the judiciary.

But if this is just a regular old hearing, that's fine....but if it's impeach inquiry, that's not the rules

I quoted trump as saying “phony” in reference to parts of the constitution he doesn’t like today. Which is accurate
You attempted to turn this into me saying that he said “phony Constitution”. Which is inaccurate

Then you shouldn’t answer the simple question’ “He was referring to the constitution, was he not?”

Strawman at best, outright lie most likely in desperate attempt to deflect.
