    An Antifa supporter bragged about giving trick or treat children dressed as Trump Fentanyl-laced candy.

    Yes, really.

    Over 1200 people "liked" the comments.

    The twitter account now appears to be suspended but this should be investigated by police.

    Violence for political purposes is know as terrorism.

    He should definitely be investigated but fentanyl pills are typically round and colored blue or white and much smaller than the ones in your image.
    Laced pills are typically round, blue, green or pink.

    It is a terrible joke that they deserve to be called out for, maybe even investigated for, but it was a joke. Pretty sure you can't just hold Fentanyl in your hand like that without some serious repercussions.

    It’s a gel type transmission system that absorbs rapidly, especially when heated (like in a tub or shower). You wear it like a bandaid.
    It depends on the milligrams, some of the patches are lethal if you do not have a tolerance.

    I have unfortunately had many dealing with the patches due to the rampant cancer that has taken so many people I love.
    It’s really bad stuff.

    How exactly do you know its a joke? Should law enforcement presume its a joke too?

    Fentanyl comes in various forms, some can penetrate the skin some can't.
