No he doesn’t. Many positions require senate confirmation, and he can’t have secret emissaries who aren’t bound by things like FOIA requests and who can claim attorney client privilege.

No one man controls the US economy. If he did, we as a people would take that power away from them--unless Trump Haters are dumb enough to elect Warren, or Sanders.

What a president can do is INSTILL CONFIDENCE in the economy. He can promote the economy, he can recommend rules to the benefit of the economy. He can void rules that hurt the economy. He can negotiate/re-negotiate trade deals to the benefit of the economy

It usually takes a year for a president's policies to take effect on the economy; but in Trump's case, the economy took off much quicker. the stock market went up 20 percent in 2017 alone. I saw it in my IRA.

No one should be silly enough to vote for neo-marxists like Warren and Sanders. The economy would deflate based on their ideas alone.
