    Well maintained healthy forest are much harder to burn down than Democrat forest. Democrats act like power lines are a new thing.

    I think the operative word in that is “reducing” and as others have pointed out it does not help when you have dry gusty wind conditions

    Plus not all of these fires would be trees - some of the worst fires are grass fires

    A Democrat forest is a forest full of dead trees and under brush and poses a huge fire risk to people near them. A Republican forest is logged and maintained, much more fire safe.

    These actually were not forest fires - they were wildfires so unless you propose removing all vegetation from the state.......
