    Congress gets to define what qualifies as impeachable offenses. Walking across the street improperly can satisfy that definition if Congress so wishes.

    The 'investigation' is what Chaiman Schiff and Speaker Pelosi determine it is... I agree it's only lightly related to the Extortion plot, but it could be interesting background...

    Of course not. Castor was a great selection by Schiff to ask questions on the Republicans behalf. Still, her testimony and answers have zero relevance to these proceedings.
