Your PFS is only one of many documents most banks require for a loan. If the property in question is being used as collateral, the bank will send out it's own appraisers. If it is part of a PFS, valuation is easily established by comparable properties.

If you don’t want to believe that Trump wanted to root out corruption because he didn’t say the word, then you can’t believe Biden was acting on behalf of international interests when he only mentions to go check with Obama and not the international community at all.

Trump also didn’t use the words help my election campaign, or investigate my political opponent but you certainly believe that occurred.

Logic is that if you want the Ukraine to fight corruption, you talk about corruption and not just one man.

You could check reliably sourced stories on Biden & the Ukraine butr it is obvious did not.

You would know that the testimony given points to a well known scheme to get the President of the Ukraine to announce an investigation into just one person, Joe Biden.

Logic would tell you that if there was no quid pro quo that there would not be so many that were involved with the Ukraine to say that there was.

Logic would tell you not to beliece such a liar as Donald Trump.

 

So Trump did not say: "I am bribing you. You have to announce an investigation to my political for, Joe Biden, to help my re-election effort or else you will not get any aid."

Therefore, Trump is innocent. I like your "logic".

Publicly traded companies most certainly do have to disclose such information if those asking can provide a valid need to know.

If a crime is proven outside of congress, such as in a court of law, congress can impeach on those grounds. The crime does not have to take place while the president is in office.
