    When you can demonstrate the LEGAL reasons a judge would prevent witness testimony and how those precepts apply here, let us know.

    Give us a break, the president wins an election pulls us out of the Paris accords and some crazy lady from California says the entire USA still honors it.

    That violates the Logan act and almost treason.

    I don't recall getting to vote for her.

    This is only true if there is a factual determination of corrupt intent in Trump's actions.

    What he did NOT do was to say that refusing to come forth and give testimony is the equivalent of obstruction?

    He did say that an inference can be drawn...and the reason he said that is because IT CAN.

    And preventing a witness from testifying CAN be considered obstruction.

    He did not say anything about them being equivalent.

    Then he can be interviewed by the FBI (Hint: Lying to them is a crime). Then the FBI turns over the transcript to the Senate, problem solved. Testimony from the Biden's, Chris Heinz and Devon Archer as well as depositions by Zelensky and Shokin will be key to determining whether Trump was legitimately going after corruption or seeking to damage a political rival. Roberts will allow that.
