    Do you think any money made at his hotels is due to him being president? Even a cent?
    Do you believe any of the money made is foreign? Even a cent?
    Do you believe trump has tried to steer federal contracts to his properties?
    Has he elected unqualified people to cabinet level positions in exchange for campaign donations?

    There is the first breach of office.

    Witness intimidation can be proven just by bringing up his “tweets”
    Obstruction can be proven just by bringing up his “tweets”

    There are the second and third breaches of office.

    There are dozens of others but since the above is a-ok (and will still be a-ok when a democrat takes office) I will not bother listing anymore.

    Dangerous precedents.

    No, but that is because the Senate does not vote to impeach. They vote to remove or acquit.

    I think they'll acquit on article 1 without thinking about it (obviously)

    I think many of them will struggle with article 2, and I fully suspect that will not be a party line vote..

    Trump hasn't obstructed Congress. He is using the 3rd branch of the government. Which has been done by every single President that has ever refused to hand over material to Congress. Which includes every single President in History. Including George Washington. That Dems are putting this as a reason to impeach is just plain bullshit and is a precedent that they will come to regret as now any President can be impeached for it and they will have no one to blame but themselves. Oh but I'm sure that they will try and explain it away as somehow being different the time that they did it and that it will be different for their President.

    They are hacks pure and simple. So blinded by their hatred that they're willing to destroy centuries of precedent.

    Where did you get that from?

    All that I indicated was that Trump was completely delusional about his list of "preferred witnesses".

    The Senate wouldn't vote to convict even if Trump committed a Capital Felony on Live TV.

    You definitely “can't make this stuff up”, what y’all are cheering on is a disgrace to the underlying values of this nation.

    While I would love a Democrat to come behind this mess and do the exact same thing just to show you how wrong you are in support of this presidency and what he is doing, I hope it doesn’t happen. We cannot allow both parties to do this. I do hope democrats pass legislation eliminating partisan gerrymandering plus dismantling the Reapportionment Act of 1929. At minimum Republicans will never take the House again.
