He is ineloquently regurgitating Fox News talking points to his base, throwing in a few "constitution" bones as red meat. Is that brilliant? I don't know.

These Trump letters should scare any business leader out for their minds with regard to who is pulling the levers in DC.

Tells the Fox News version of the story. No surprise there, because that's where Trump seems to get his info from, rather than from his advisers.

The letter tells it like it is.

I don't know what Fox has to do with anything. Seems like an odd comment, to me.

He either had a co-author or leaned heavily on a thesaurus.

They think by labeling their opposition as "morons" it rockets them to a high intellectual/moral plain. They can dream of course.

Oh, what could it be? Keywords in his letter like "Trump derangement syndrome", "your chosen candidate", "coup" etc. None of these would have a place in a professional letter, making Trump's case in his defense. Of course, since there is no defense, all he can do is attack the Democrats for holding him accountable.

Funny that you would use a meaningless buzzphrase like "holding him accountable". That's straight out of the Democrat talking points. From which MSM network did you pick that up?

    One thing is for sure.

Anybody reading that letter 50 Years from now is going to be stunned that the USA ever facilitated the Election of this Mentally-Unstable IMBECILE.

Can you imagine the Trump Presidential Library?

A collection of Mentally-Unhinged Rants and All Caps Tweets?

    What a "Legacy"...:roflol:

Weak! When did "holding someone accountable" become a Democrat buzzword? BTW: I don't watch MSM, since I don't have cable. If you want to "hold me accountable", you can search the forum, I have said the same many times in the past.

Accountable for what? Fill in the blank?

In order for it to have meaning, it has to include something for which the person is to be held accountable.

Leaving out that necessary item allows for two things. The first is that it allows the idiot public to insert their reason of choice. The second is that it frees the accuser to insert whatever reason he chooses and change it whenever that reason gets shot down.

    Then why did he not

    A) investigate a couple of years ago
    B) use normal channels
    C) keep his personal lawyer out of it

    So?

Now you are referring to the "public" (your fellow American citizens) as "idiots"?

Have the "talking points" gotten rather slim?

    Sounds GOOD.

And, as long as the tactic is being used against a Treasonous Career Criminal like Trump, I fail to see the problem.

LOL!! I guess his speechwriters aren't very busy these days. This letter was NOT written by Trump. The grammar is too good, the words are too long, and the sentences are complex and complete. His comment about the Salem witch trials is precious. If what he's saying is that he'd rather be burned at the stake or crushed under tons of rock slowly applied, I say, "knock yourself out".

The above is pure opinion. You're welcome to it.

This is pure spin. To be expected from those that hate Trump and want him gone at any cost.

Trump only mentions the Salem Witch trials once. This is what he actually said:

No where in that does he state that he was treated worse than the 20 people killed in those trials. He just said that they were afforded more due process. Now, I don't know if that is objectively true or not as I'm no expert in the Salem Witch Trials. However since I consider you to be a person of intelligence I am pretty sure that you know that there is a difference between what you said, and what Trump said. Which is why I labeled what you said "spin".

Yes. I have no confidence in my fellow citizens. P.T. Barnum and all that.

I know the rest. It's not a surprise that you would claim to not see a problem with any dishonest tactic aimed at the destruction of our nation.

Certainly Biden is becoming more nervous that he and his son really will be investigated.

The impeachment articles do not contain high crimes and misdemeanors. They abandoned those for amorphous language based on 'intent' and their own failure to follow process.

The EXACT opposite is more likely!

Your BLOTUS just PROVED that he is UNFIT for office with that deluded ranting FACTLESS screed of drivel.

Nancy must be overjoyed to have her strategy VALIDATED in this way.

The only one crapping his Depends is your BLOTUS because he KNOWS that when he is removed he is going to face INDICTMENTS for his CRIMES that carry time BEHIND BARS.

    A. Until Biden shot his mouth off no one knew.
    B. Because 'normal' channels are the people who have spent the last three years sabotaging him.
    C.He trusts him.

However he went about it. I know for a fact “solemnity” is not a part of that man’s vocabulary.
Someone on the radio put it well. This letter was a greatest hits collection of his tweets for the past six months meets a thesaurus.

Yes indeed it was . . . while being vetted for accuracy by a host of attorneys before letting Trump sign it. Everything Trump pointed to as documented evidence backing him up is indeed known to be documented evidence. For some reason that seems to be something that the political left avoids . . . producing the actual proof.
