    Typical of you
Statement put forth (not by you) suggests the left is bloodthirsty.
I said (not to you) to look at the responses on page 1 of this thread which has the right leaning posters talking about what going to happen to Iran if they do anything.
Your reply was "The left as history has demonstrated" which is a non sequitur to my statement.
The only debate you won there is the one in your head. Not here.

My statement that you had this answer to was "Are you saying they shot it down by mistake? What concern are we supposed to showing....and why?" which makes your statement irrelevant. It shows you didn't read my answer......just wanted to hear yourself talk.
That is true, but it didn't happen so your statement doesn't matter.
No kidding? Is that what happened? (sarcasm) I was referring to the same circumstances in Kenya....minus the embassy. I made the mistake of typing Iraq instead of Kenya.
He allowed Russia? Syria didn't ask Russia? I could say the same about Soleimani in Iraq for the last 3 yrs.but....What embassy was over run and people killed? Libya? That wan't our embassy that was overrun. Sailors captured....how was he supposed to stop that? Steer the boat for them? Allowed Russia to invade Ukraine? As compared to what? What would have been the appropriate action? Obama brought slavery back to Libya? Wow. Oversaw Arab Spring? How, like a conductor. Like Soleimani in Iraq?
Did we supply the truck to the violent lunatics? WTF are you talking about.
    All nonsense.

Since the left never worries about actual actions and more about rhetoric it is no wonder they think every utterance of Trump is action and not just words.

It is the height of arrogance to think that we have the right to tell a sovereign country what it can and can't do. Most leaders of foreign countries have been too corrupt to tell the US to go F itself. As soon as some loud-mouthed fool in Washington starts blabbing about what a country can and can't do it should immediately cut off all contact and never allow an American to set foot in its territory for any reason.

Yeah, the only democracy in the region. You apparently are all for theocracies and can't find anything wrong with their terrorism. You must be a liberal.

It will be a miracle if the next high-ranking American who goes to Iraq comes back in one piece.

The past is the past. I don't care and it's not relevant.

He's the one that says his tweets are policy. The right doesn't realize that words matter.

Cyrus the Great was in interesting fellow. He famously said, "I am Cyrus the king, an Achaemenid" in Old Persian, Elamite and Akkadian languages. He called himself the "King of Anshan", but the Persian domination and kingdom in the Iranian plateau started by an extension of the Achaemenid dynasty, who expanded their earlier domination possibly from the 9th century BC onward.

I assume that you know this and that you want to 'split hairs' now because you just want to be antagonistic. OK... have it your way... there was never any such place as 'Persia', Sobo. I hope now you will be content -- because I actually do agree with you on most things about 90% of the time, in case you haven't noticed.

People can call it, "Persia", or "Iran", or "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight" for all I care. Es ist mir vollkommen egal!
