not sure about lies but bias, for sure. I like hannity, he is cool and admits he is an opinion show host. The others act as if they are impartial journalists when all they do is cover trump in the most negative way possible. They compare him to hitler, accuse him of being a russian asset/agent and people here have the audacity to call fox news out as ‘fake’ but not do the same to the liberal hacks on msnbc, cnn. Zero credibility for all these people.

The President was not allowed to call witnesses. The claim was made that there was not enough time because Trump was an immediate threat to the US Republic. Then Pelosi sat on the articles for one month before referring them to the Senate.

Which leads me to ask, do you remember which lying right wing media source caused you to believe the falsehood you posted about Trump and witnesses? Or was it Trump, the inveterate liar, himself?

 

1: Republican's not able to call their own witnesses without first being approved by the Democrat leaders.

2: Republican's not being able to ask questions unless they were approved of by the Democrat leaders.

3: President or his counsel not able to call his/their own witnesses or give evidence unless he submitted to them in writing first, and he had to be precise. If the Dems decided that it "wasn't relevant" or "desirable" then they would not allow it.

4: President or his counsel not even able to attend unless he released all the information that the Democrats were wanting.

Trump was in fact invited to participate in the impeachment hearings or to send designated representatives. He declined.

He was invited prior to the hearings on impeachment. How do you get never given the opportunity from that?
