Now ... this is just speculation .... but one of the goals of Russian chauvinists and militarists is to convince the Russian people that Americans hate them and want to destroy them.

So ... doesn't it make sense that the Internet Research Agency would create some sock-puppets, to post the most disgusting, hateful, insane anti-Russian stuff they can think of -- right out of the Nazi sewer -- which can then be used as proof that ordinary Americans -- especially those in the Armed Forces -- hate Russians as such and want to exterminate them?

Or ... consider this: not all Islamists are stupid. And one of the things that is ABC about war is that you try to divide your enemies -- don't let them unite. The Islamists hate both Russia and the US. When these two great nations fought on the same side, they were able to crush the mightiest military power the world had ever seen. Now we have another common enemy. The conclusion is obvious.

Or maybe they're pro-Nazi traitors, still weeping from having their asses handed to them by the Red Army, with our help.

It's a complex society, every bit as complicated as the USA -- full of people who are madly loyal to their government, others who hate it, lots of people who are in between. They have protests and demonstrations over corruption at the local and regional level. It takes a lot more courage to be a dissident there, since if Mr Putin really gets annoyed with you, you'll get a bullet in the back. But it's NOT North Korea or Pinochet's Chile or even Mexico under the Cartels.

It was Stalin who played ball with Hitler and got burned. Stalin probably read Mein Kampf where Hitler openly called for destruction of Slavs who weren't capable of their destiny.

And when you say Slavs....don't include many Russkis.....they are Asiatic ...not Slav.

As for me, I'm glad there is a nation with integrity and some moral fortitude to do what is right and not bow to an evil that has overtaken much of the world. What we have now is the pagan extremisms of 'nationalism' or liberal secularism and on the other side, fundamental Islam. Bravo Vladimir Putin, for guiding Russia well.

As for the US, I live here and love my country. I regret though what it has become, in the same way as any moral German would have regretted the pagan nationalism under Hitler and any Russian would have regretted the atheism of Lenin and Trotsky's Soviet Union.

As for being the indispensable nation, well arrogance always proceeds a fall - and ours is just starting.

How can anyone say that a bullet in the back comes from someone like Vladimir Putin, who has nothing to gain by it, and not from those who want to demonize Vladimir Putin and who excel in assassination's and false flag attacks? There's no logic to it.

By the way, what has the MI6 done with the Skripals, none of their relatives in Russia have had any contact with them for 2 years. Julia Skripal is a Russian national, don't you think her relatives have a right to know whether she's dead or alive?

I don't adore anyone, I respect integrity and despise deceit, hypocrisy and everything else my country now stands for. I don't know where you were raised, but this is definitely not the values of the country I was born and raised in. The ones who did this to my country, the country I was once proud of, have taken it away from me and remade it in their own image - and I despise them for it.
