    LOL... you don't need a lawyer in every interview with the FBI, although I personally couldn't imagine participating without one...

    Unless you are planning on lying to them, in which case I would absolutely recommend one...

    Flynn was an idiot. Anybody with his background should have easily assumed Kislyak's communications were monitored and the FBI wasn't coming by to discuss his wife's coffee cake recipe...

    He wasn’t charged for what he said to the Russians.

    He was charged (and pleaded guilty to) lying to the FBI about what he said to the Russians.

    Hmmmm - Dirty Donny is considering a pardon for a man who was convicted of - wait for it - lying to the FBI in order to protect / cover up for Dirty Donny.

    Yeah. No one saw this coming.

    Here’s a prediction: before Trump leaves office he will grant pardons to many in his family (if not all of them), including an attempt to grant himself a pardon, for any federal crimes committed up to the date of the pardon.

    The stupid thing about democracy is that, unfortunately, stupid people can vote stupid ... like in 2016, where there is also an idiotic voting system, where the loser had almost 3 million votes more than the winner!

    The beauty of our system is massive cities don't rule our country, can you imagine how crazy it would this country if we didn't have a brilliant representative republic. If I wanted to be lead by the dog I would move to Europe.

    No worries ... the election in 2016 waked up enough in Europe to show that the US Electoral College system is crap (and they become awake of other issue stoo)... if the loser has nearly 3 millions more votes as the winner, such a system can only be rated to be crap!

    And the basic in democracy is simple: The majority! no matter if in cities or country sides living!

    Even if you invent ridiculous justifications about the Electoral College, there is nothing logical about a head of state leading a democratic nation against the will of the majority.

    Flynn was one of the first people that Obama's holdover and corrupt FBI and DOJ decided to frame in a several years long effort to 'get' Trump via any means possible -- legal or illegal. The now traditional response of the Political Left when consequences for their schemes rebound of "What difference does it make now?!" notwithstanding, Trump is going to keep reminding the nation of how corrupt Barack Obama and his administration was. As for doing so during the leftist driven WuhanVirus nationwide panic, unlike Barack Obama, Trump actually can multitask effectively.

    Correct there was not a Logan violation nor anything wrong or illegal about the call. So why was the FBI even there? They had presented as an unofficial meeting, no you don't need a lawyer, and as an official on the transistion team dealing with classified discussions IMO had no obligation to tell those agents on an unofficial visit anything about his discussion and the agents own notes said they did not believe he was being deceptive.

    Thus was an abuse by Comey and it should be ended.
