One in many of Mueller's frauds, anyone remember the media going nuts over this. I'm sure Rachel Maddow reported on this. This was the one were Mueller did not believe anyone would actually show up in court to contest it?

Yes, I remember it. I recall our leftist posters HOWLING about how Mueller was showing them how rough and tough he was and how this alone was enough to somehow justify two years worth of investigations into all things Trump in nature. Many of them seemed to have been experiencing Obamagasms over it.

This thread is for future reference. When the story first came out I thought it was a reach for the Mueller team and now this backs it up.

Could it be possible that the mueller investigation was a hoax?

I wonder if Rachel Maddow will inform her viewers of all this.

This was fully expected... and is why the US Justice system is NOT designed to go after foreign nationals or companies...

Note that the filing doesn't remotely address the actual charges, just the expected difficulty in processing it.

    Is Concord exonerated??

    A = No

Exonerated for what? They are "innocent" or don't you agree with the Constitution?

AND, the 13 Russians are STILL under indictment.

Judge allows US to drop two of 16 defendants in Russian troll farm case brought by Mueller
Even though the court let Concord out of the case, an indictment will still be on file -- unanswered by any of the remaining defendants in US court -- against 13 Russians, including the oligarch Yevgeniy Prigozhin, and the Internet Research Agency for interfering in the 2016 election.

(BTW, this story has been floating around for 2 days, I am surprised that it wasn't posted sooner. Usually stories of this nature are posted minutes after hitting the wires).

Amazing to see so many (apparent) Americans - who (if they really are Americans) probably consider themselves patriots - who are on the side of a foreign, government-controlled company that interfered in American elections.

This company tried to affect the election. Who knows what effect they had. And so many people are cheering them on.
    Sad. Disgusting.

Much of Mueller's career was based on creating the threat that caused you to do something that was illegal... He's getting exposed for his tactics, and his immoral abuse of his power....

Hard to say... I heard she's still sequestered in grief over the democratic party failing to fall in line behind Warren....

So... just curious,.... but when do you suppose that your rage will be focused on other US organizations like the NYTs, or WAPO, or MSNBC, or the other companies who daily try to interfere with our elections?

So you would like to give that government controlled foreign company access to the evidence against them? Things that can tell that government secrets about how we operate? I mean you can pretend discovery isn’t a thing, but they’ll get it. And we know where that info will go, to that super dangerous government that interferes in our elections. Seems like you support that. You don’t, do you?

This case was always such low hanging BS, and a lame attempt at saving some kind of face to show the public that they found at least something they could hang their hat on during the witch hunt.

It really was. To me it was hilarious that after Rosenstein said no Americans are a part of this indictment and those who thought Trump colluded with the Russians used the word “this” to mean there would be more. More that never came because those were the guys doing the stuff they thought was Trump was colluding with Russia to do, and no American was knowingly involved in anything like that.

Dropped one charge v. Concord. Having concluded Concord was using our legal system against us to collect information, e.g. a foreign government seeking classified sources and methods or how we found out they were involved. Essentially they played chicken with our system and won.

The proper response would be to turn the screws tighter on Russian not celebrate but that’s not going to happen with this administration.

The cases v. Individuals continue the notion that everything was dropped is ridiculous.
