    There is no science in mask-wearing with respect to this Moral Panic (don't bother with lame ass rationalizations/fallacies via masks in hospitals, entirely different animal). NONE.

    On the contrary, healthy human beings NEED to be exposed to pathogens regularly in small amounts, viruses, bacteria, toxins, etc., to strengthen their resistance. THAT IS "the SCIENCE."

    What there is with mask-wearing is fear... demoralization...AUTHORITARIANISM.

    Better than any other real-life example of LW projection they engage in constantly, the now-ended Viral Moral Panic of 2020 illustrates LW Authoritarianism and the LW Authoritarian Personality PERFECTLY.

    Can't wait for their cranks and socks to stir that projective "RW Authoritarian" fallacy horseshit up again next time. I have a hunch they aren't self-aware or generally aware enough to drop it and avoid having their noses rubbed in it.

    My first real job in high school was working in a drug store. I was taught from an early age that currency is filthy and a carrier of germs. We were taught to wash our hands frequently after handling currency. I still practice that today.

    I’m interested to see if the public distancing is having any effect on other viral infections. I would think that cold and flu outbreaks would be down.

    Went to lowes today for some plants and topsoil, garden center was mobbed, checkout line was 10 people deep, maybe 2 out of 10 with a mask.

    Busier than a normal weekend.

    Still cant buy shoes.

    I don't either.. Its stooped, every human alive have/has created antibodies for virus's. One way or the other you or I aint gonna outrun it or hide from it..

    The mask is not intended to protect you, it is to prevent you if you are an asymptomatic carrier and spreader of Covid-19 from giving it to others.

    Don't spread false information.

    While it offers only minimal protection for the wearer...it keeps HIS (possibly infected) breath from spewing out in a cloud.
