Those sexual assault victims best bet would be to go to the proper authorities and file a criminal complaint against Trump. That would be the first step in moving toward "credibility".

It is hard to prove sexual assault even when it is reported immediately. When it is reported decades later under suspicious circumstances even more so.

Thankfully we are getting more and more surveillance in public spaces through both permanently mounted cameras as well as phones.

 

Sadly, sexual assaults will continue. Camera's and phones will not completely change that. Sexual assaults have been a part of our history long before camera's and phones were even a part of our culture.

Trump was accused by 25 women of sexual misconduct similar to the kind he bragged about. (could have been 22, I lost count ).

Refute that fact.

 

Old unsubstantiated claims for money.

None are known by name like Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, or Tara Reade

Stormy was consensual sex.

 

And? Does that negate Reade's criminal complaint against Joe Biden? I suggest that the 25 women accusing Trump go to their local authorities and immediately file a criminal complaint again Donald Trump.

 

The issue with Stormy wasn't consensual sex, it was $130k hush money, long time lawyer tossed under the bus, indicted, convicted, Trump.listed "individual # 1 " in criminal charge.

All are known here they are, and their testimonies. "unsubstantiated" my ass. You don't get to 25 accusations and there is nothing to it.

Are you saying Trump raped Stormy Daniels? Did she file rape charges? If I recall correctly a court of law ruled against Stormy Daniels in her defamation lawsuit and SHE was ordered to pay Trump $293,000.

Ford was believable even though she couldn't remember where it happened, when it happened and the folks that she said was there said it never happened. You find that believable over a woman who has witnesses that remember her telling them her story back then and her Mom calling in to the Larry King show, back when it happened. Please explain your logic.

We absolutely should require the same evidence, otherwise no one is above reproach as their political rivals will take advantage. Which may very well be what is happening (again). Until actual evidence is provided, Ford's testimony was just political propaganda as is Reade's.

There are some differences here though that are telling. Ford was a progressive activist making a claim against a conservative justice nominee. Reade is a progressive making a claim against a democrat nominee.

 

There are giant holes in Reade's story.

she can't remember where it happened.

she cant remember when it happened.

she changed the story, dramatically, after Biden started beating Bernie in the primary.

her witnesses have also changed their stories.

she refuses to release her therapist's notes about the event.

she used to regularly praise Biden, and his work to fight sexual assault.

She never had anything bad to say about Biden when he was running for Vice-President.

she originally claimed she was fired not due a complaint about Biden, but for refusing to do her job.

her story, is a donut. One giant hole.

 

I don't blame her....given the way the Dems have a long history of attacks on the victims of their political leaders.

If it was never confirmed how was it cancelled?

 

It could be used in court and more than Ford had.

 

He testimony proved he is like any other human being being falsely accused of such vile behavior something we don't see in Biden.

Now we are talking about the highest position in the government. What was believable about Ford but not believable about Reade. Ford could not even prove she had ever met Kavanaugh, her alleged witnesses actually refuted her allegations. She was caught in direct lies on several points she was trying to use to bolster her claim. Reade does have contemporaneous witnesses. can prove she knew Biden and worked there.
And remember according to Biden and the Dems we START with the presumption the woman is telling the truth so get me from there to Reade is lying and Biden proving he is innocent.
