Some openly declared to "Resist". The outgoing Administration had it's "minions" in place to aid in the "resistance" by weaponizing the FBI, CIA and Dept. of Justice. The newly elected President Trump should have cleaned house, but instead tried to work with many of the bureaucrats that had been placed. It was a "soft coup" intent on undermining the will of the people in a Consitutional election that lasted a solid 3 years and continues to this day.
