    Biden is the one who cosponsored and authored crime bills (1984 and 1994) which put blacks behind bars. Trump forgave tough and lengthy sentences for minor drug trafficking offenses of people who were jailed under Biden's legislation.

    Biden called black adolescents "super predators" and said we shouldn't care if they grew up disadvantaged.

    I remember 1994 pretty well(I was 7 in 84) and that was a pretty popular bill. And bipartisan too, looking at the name alone.

    I don't argue "raw" numbers because a country that is majority white SHOULD have a majority of white welfare recipients.

    We do have that...

    But given the demographics, whites account for a far smaller piece of the pie then they should.

    As do Asians.

    Coincidence?
