They still believe Russia hacked the DNC. They don't know that clownstrike CEO said they had no evidence the server was hacked.

They engaged in criminal surveillance of US Citizens without a justified warrant, there I fixed it for you. The awesome powers of our law enforcement community do not exist to chase ghosts, and play where's waldo. Furthermore, the actual intelligence isn't that the Russians helped Trump, but rather interfered with the Clinton, Sanders and Jill Stein campaigns.

The crossfire Hurricane agents and director Comey violated federal laws and statues of these United States including obstruction of justice and perjury(actual perjury Obama is making false statements in a court proceeding, like saying something is verified when it is isn't)

I look forward to their successful prosecution and prison time while you continue to say "Well, the excuse was this". Remember what Speaker Pelosi said: No ONE is above the law.

Obama's advisors are very likely to have assured him that Trump was a Russian spy and a traitor.
When and if serious prosecutions ever start Obama will probably be a witness for the prosecution.
And he will not be a hostile witness.

The Trump Campaign engaged in meetings with Russian personnel tied to the Russian government.

    this remains a fact.

The OP "Article" is an OPINION Piece:

BY KEVIN R. BROCK, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR

Obviously, this stuff is just a RE-Hash of the RW's latest attempt to bring up the ludicrous "Crossfire Hurricane" Mock Outrage BS for the umpteenth time.

    "Hey! Look over here!":bored:

Of course, now that the door to discuss this topic (for the umpteenth time, ad infinitum) has been opened:

We can expect page after page of Re-Hashed "Crossfire Hurricane" related copypasta.

My OPINION on the matter (as it has been the previous 100+ Times) is unchanged.

    1) PROVE that crimes were actually committed.

^Note the use if the word "PROVE".

    2) If they can actually prove anything, then arrest and try all of those charged and if found guilty sentence them to the Max Sentence (up to, and including, the Death Penalty. If warranted).

But, IF they CAN'T PROVE anything...
...THEN they might as well be screaming at the sky about the latest Bat Boy Sighting.

Tl;Dr--Let them PROVE IT (and, then get back to me).

It's also a fact that not only is it not criminal, it's not a predicate to launch a criminal investigation. You can meet them too, just don't conspire to commit a crime.

not when its probable cause that the Trump campaign may be soliciting campaign help from a foreign entity, which is a crime under Federal law

Okay, so trump can spy on American Democrats and leak what they say to the press because they met with Chinese Democrats.

Are you talking about the meeting with that lawyer that was Fusion GPS client like Clinton was?

The meeting was meaningless and didn't warrant Obamagate.

the meeting with Manafort, Kushner and Trump Jr.

they met with a Russian tied to the govt.

very suspicious, considering its illegal to solicit campaign help from foreigners

why wasn't an investigation conducted into the Clinton campaign who hired a foreign agent with connections to the British intel community, who was paid to contact Russian agents and other foreigners?

Fusion GPS is an American company. Clinton hired and paid an American company.

    nothing illegal about that.

yes, and she was a client of Fusion GPS, just like Clinton was....very suspicioius.

and the emails leaked from Trump Jr, show he was soliciting anything. Moreover the spying was going on before the email. So ther e is that....

If what you're saying is true (it's not); then why didn't the Mueller investigation cite it and criminally charge someone?

Clinton hired Fusion GPS long before Steele was on the payroll.

Ive seen no evidence that Clinton was made aware of Steele joining Fusion GPS so she could decide if her connection with Fusion GPS was no longer appropriate.

"According to Dowd, Mueller learned early in his investigation that there was no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion to influence the 2016 presidential election. He admitted it during a meeting with the president’s lawyers on March 5, 2018."

they decided that since the Russian actually had nothing of value, and the Trump Team didn't take the discussions very far, they would let it go.

however, if Team Trump did pursue this line more vigorously, they may have been charged
