No it was a private drive as the President of the HOA notes in the video, you cannot block a public street.

So why did they engage in a foolish standoff? I'm sure any persons who have not been properly allowed to enter are subject to stopping and questions asked and I'm sure had the driver been white he would said "no problem I had a delivery at the Smiths residence and trying to find my way out, here's the delivery receipt want to look?". The driver was lost, had made a couple of u-turns nothing wrong with the President of the HOA or any resident asking about why he is there on that private property.

All he had to do was answer the simple question instead of being an arse about it.

Can't prove a negative, burden of proof on your assertion. It's a little low to declare someone a racist when you have nothing to back it up.

And the moral of the story was what?

It's private property I don't have to wait and call the police if someone is on that private property. Now the driver for no logical reason was creating a situation where the police would have to be called.

Perhaps, assuming you are dealing with a trespasser and trespassing is a felony.
Still not smart to make an arrest unless you are a LEO with some level of immunity for a mistake.

Try looking at the statistics per capita. That compares apples to apples.

It goes back to slavery and Jim Crow days. During slavery the slaves had to have a pass to be off of their plantation. During Jim Crow days blacks had to have passes to be in some towns after dark. They were prohibited from being in some towns all across the country after dark, Those were the sundown towns. The gated communities are just an extension of that practice, reduced in scope. It is still segregation.

Not sure why you are quoting me when YOU ascribed this blatant strawman to me.

    The Wyrd of Gawd said:
Don't you believe that a Jewish lich will save your soul? Sounds like a fairy tale to me. So, if you tend to believe in silly fairy tales it helps to explain why you believe that white guys should be able to harass and kill black people without any consequences to them.

I sourced that hate crimes went way up. Them are the facts. You didn't even try to disprove it so far.

But it was not HIS private drive either. He also has no right to detain a person against their will. He got no leg to stand on.

I never suggested it didn’t. I simply said it’s the Chinese Virus because it’s from there...you are the one that claimed all asains are Chinese or that the virus had anything To do with Asian people

You're just making a personal attack. And your claim is incorrect anyways.
As for your: Then why was there a need for #blacklivesmatter under Obama?
Point stands. Hate crimes went way up under Trump.

He is the representative of the owners but any of them have a right to ask a stranger on that property what they are doing. By your entry onto that private property you know you are there at the pleasure of the owners.

No one was trying to arrest them, just ascertain if they had proper business there, that's why people live in such controlled access communities.

Depriving someone of their freedom of movement is an arrest.

When I do onto a plant cite with my vendor pass that gets me through the gate, the owners can certainly stop me and question me at any time as to what am I doin't there. It is not about freedom of movement. Once you enter the gate of that private community you are own private property some of it jointly own by all the owers. You do not have total freedom of movement while you are on that property. When I first moved into my community it was gated we weren't even part of a city or town. We had private security that patrolled, security we owners paid for. He could stop someone on our streets and question what they were up to especially strangers.

No it's not and the premise of your state is moot here, he was on private property on which he had to have permission to be and was there at the pleasure of the owners and was not free to roam the neighborhood but go from the gate to one house and then out the gate. Someone. the president of the HOA saw him going down a street then making a U turn. So he pulled up to see what he was doing. ALL THE GUY HAD TO DO WAS SHOW HIS DELIVERY ORDER. He could have been nice about, why did he play the black victim?

It wasn’t a personal attack per se just a clear observation.

They went way up under Obama...he’s division started a trend.

His statistics don't matter to invariably judge anybody that's black as "up to no good" is unacceptable. They had no business holding him there.

Perhaps because it was no one's business who he had delivered to?

you cannot trespass on private property, he was being arrested by the property owner for stealing.

    postal workers are not criminals.
