How will $350K be used to improve their circumstances? I mean, the morality of extorting the nation aside, give us some concrete examples of how just black folk in America will spend their windfalls. Oh, and since this is income, don't the feds immediately get ~39% of it back? Do you suppose that the now ~$210K will be enough to ease all of their pain?
