The George Floyd Murder Protests: Lets be clear about what is really going on.

Maybe because lynching hasn’t been a thing in decades and isn’t even relevant? Rioters are killing, attacking and hurting people and causing millions in damages. 100s of millions when you account for lost revenue that was just starting to come back. Insurance isn’t free. Guess what rates in cities are going to do after all this? UP UP UP. City leaders just fitting around allowing it to happen is NOT protecting anyone. Easier to blame Trump for everything.

It's just so odd, with the Left running in the Streets with Terrorist Group, Antifa, blocking traffic, running down cops, throwing fire bombs, looting stores, beating people up, shooting a Federal Marshal to death, shooting police officers and burning down businesses that, with a straight face, you claim the right is formenting Civil War? This idiot has his female companion, in combustible clothing, lighting a container of gasoline and then throwing it out the window? Do you know the tragedy that would have resulted if she screwed up and poured that lit gasoline onto her polyester clothing? This isn't funny. Take Samantha Shader and her sister, arrested after throwing a firebomb into a police vehicle with four officers in it.

Samantha Shader, 27, of Catskill, NY, is charged with throwing the incendiary device. Her sister, Darian, 21, then tried to stop the arrest of Samantha Shader. The police have charged Samantha with attempted murder of a police officer, attempted arson, assault on a police officer, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment. Her sister faces charges of resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration. The police have released a picture of Shader throwing the Molotov cocktail.

Samantha threw the device through a rear window of the police van and then bit an officer on the leg as they arrested her.

They won't be able to make a mental capacity defense with the preplanning and pre-construction of an explosive device. No prosecutor will bargain this down as if successful four officers would have burned to death. Shader is looking at serious time. For a Class A felony, the maximum term is life imprisonment. Even a Class B felony includes up to 25 years in prison.

These people are destroying their own lives as they attempt to destroy others. I urge you to take to social media and urge the folks in your movement to come to their senses and go home.

Trying to pretend that that this is all some sort of Right Wing Conspiracy to make you folks look bad is an unhelpful delusion. Yes, you guys look horrible, and you have the power to stop your own destruction. Just put down the "shovel" and go home!

~ I have never been more aware of the importance of our U.S.Constitution - in particular the "right to bear arms". The recent "protests" / riots gave me new insight on how average American citizens may soon have to arm themselves.
I for one am glad that President Trump is standing strong on enforcement of the peace and citizens right to self-defense with firearms. Certain groups have become too violent, selfish and unlawful to do otherwise.

What are we protesting though? Chauvin has been charged with 3rd degree murder and/or manslaughter, and I'm sure a trial date will soon be set. And even if the other 3 officers aren't charged(though they should be charged with neglect), they lost their jobs and given the publicity, there isn't a PD or a security firm that would hire any of them. Their days as law enforcement are effectively done, even if not in the form of a trial.

At this juncture, what people are doing is meaningless.

 

Lets think about that. You might want to go back and read the OP in which I presented evidence that there are both (peaceful) protesters and rioters involved. They are not all the same

And what, may I ask is the "nonsensical, objectively incorrect narrative" that is being promoted by the MSM and Democrats? Police brutality? Murder? What?
