Terrorism means terrorizing society. I don't know anyone who feels terrorized by Antifa, but I also know that white supremacist groups have impersonated Antifa on social media and tried to cause trouble and give Antifa a bad name.

Antifa is a very loose association of radicals. There is no membership or leadership. The crimes and violence we've seen have been proven to typically be the work of anarchists and white supremacists, some of whom identify with Antifa.

Because it is a loose association, if Antifa is banned and labeled "terrorist", the loosely associated participants will continue to do what they do whether they associate with another org name or not.
