    Good start, but...

Part of our decline is directly attributable to Trump, mistakes no other president in history would have done.

He spends most mornings watching tv and tweeting. He then listens to people for a while, but he doesn't read, he can't handle complicated matters, he has terrible impulse control, and he knocks off early most days.

His response to the Corona virus is classic Trump. He ignored the experts until it was too late, and then did a half assed job where he did anything. A lot of this chaos simply did not have to happen.

Our Founding Fathers wrote Freedom into our founding documents. Protest is as American as apple pie. Our history is full of protest, starting with throwing tea in the harbor of Boston.

Evidently, this isn't a stance adopted by the left anymore. It wasn't that long ago, just a couple weeks, when the lockdown nazis called folks protesting those restrictions criminals, nazis, etc. I would also remind that not one of the protests were ever violent, no rioting or looting occurred. Until we get to After George that is. And since then, the left have not only encouraged, but participated in the burins down of this nations cities and neighborhoods. So, yes, we have a history of protest. IT seems though, that only one side ever resorts to actual violence against the nation.

Trump had to defy the DP and the "experts" to halt travel from China.Nevertheless, for the most part has followed expert advice throughout the pandemic. That is usually a mistake these days.

    For instance:

"Q. Bottom line, how worried should people in America be?

    A. The risk of coronavirus in this country is still relatively low, but, as I said about the possibility of emerging into a pandemic, this could change. As of today, on the 17th of February, the risk is really relatively low."
USA TODAY, 'Danger of getting coronavirus now is just minusculely low',

Against the advice of the CDC, he brought 14 infected people home without pandemic protocols. The infection got out, of course.

Trump let thousands come back after the so-called halt.

    FYI, you are writing fiction.

Complete hogwash.BlackLivesMatter was an extension of
    - Occupy Wall Street - which Obama had no problem watching
and never complaining about.Or very minimally.
Trump was right to take his time about trusting these " Experts ".
They weren't experts. They were pervasive impediments to factual
Data and common sense. We had to throw away all common sense
and listen to these Experts.Who just so happened to be on the exact same
page as the untrustworthy WHO and National Institute of Health.
Both beholdin to the United Nations and their fleet of benefactors.
We know the history of the U.N. It does little help to Nations when
truly in need.Especially in a civil war. Also Famine and Pestilence.

How many videos of folks on the left calling out peaceful anti lockdown protesters racists and nazis will it take for you to address it? And no, there isn't panic here. It is simply observations that the left would have you believe that speaking truth to their power must be stamped out immediately, but when it's folks they are actively fomenting to riot and loot, those folks are just "good citizens'... it's laughable. And frankly, the kooky media seem to be the places you find your news.

As far as the federal building in OKC is concerned, the man responsible was executed, was he not? Are you suggesting that the folks currently looting and burning our cities are the same? That seems dangerously close to excommunication in the left to suggest this kind of heresy....:roflol:

Mob violence and speech codes are often a precursor to the imposition of some totalitarian model, but these BLM, AntiFa riots have not started the kind of lethal internal purges that signal the end of all civil liberties and human rights. It's more like bad CCP political theater.

Historical revisionism and the firing of LW newspaper editors is also just a test of the water.

I've read others who are saying about the same thing. The elevation of the BLM from loose affiliate organization to political party is going to become a drain and drag on the traditional NDP folks who played a little too much with the fire without understanding how it could get away from them.

Antifa is literally no different than Beefsteak Nazis.
Look it up.Being enforcers like Hitler's use of his Storm Troops
and also crying for some form of Socialism that isn't quite Communism.
    Democratic Socialism from { Social Democratic Party of Germany }
Which was not aligned with the ruling Communist Party of Germany
    mainly from Berlin.

You know there is trouble in PS Speech Code Land when corrupt DP party bosses are caught posing
on their knees wearing the royal cloths of Ashanti slave traders.

Ignorance and evil on its knees displaying the enduring inconvenient truth about DP politicians.

When what passes for the radical Left starts committing ritual political suicide on the streets it is time for time for the rational majority demand respect for universal human rights and denounce and resist totalitarian twittery whenever and wherever it resorts to criminal violence.

"Whenever Hobsbawm enters a politically sensitive zone, he retreats into hooded, wooden language, redolent of Party-speak. "The possibility of dictatorship," he writes in The Age of Extremes, "is implicit in any regime based in a single, irremovable party." The "possibility"? "Implicit"? As Rosa Luxemburg could have told him, a single irremovable party is a dictatorship. Describing the Comintern's requirement in 1932 that German Communists fight the Socialists and ignore the Nazis, Hobsbawm in his memoirs writes that "it is now generally accepted that the policy...was one of suicidal idiocy." Now? Everyone thought it criminally stupid at the time and has thought so ever since—everyone, that is, except the Communists."

    More fiction.

Back in the real world, Antifa has a history of opposing fascists and not much else.

They don't mass murder, do terrorism or blow things up.

The American extreme Right does all that and more.

I figure that has to be projection.

Trump has been literally hollering at the military to go pound the crap out of people he doesn't like.

That would be a precursor to Trump becoming El Presidente for life...

I didn't read any responses so apologize if this is a repeat. You are NEVER going to meet anybody that completely agrees with your point of view. NEVER. For instance, let's say you like vanilla ice cream and your friend likes chocolate. Neither one of you is "more right" about your opinion. You just have different opinions. People mesh on many levels for many reasons and that's okay.

My parents and my in-laws are politically divided within their respective households. It's simple. They just don't talk about politics.

You don't even realize how Late to the Wuhan Virus this
CDC was. They were virtually AWOL the Month of November
when the Virus was brewing. Then came late to the Corn Virus party
In December. The CDC was Inept while the Virus was making the
rounds in Wuhan. You didn't even know that.
Because our " Corrupted " MSM were not mentioning it.
Plus we now know that Little Dr.Fauci is a Liar and a Fraud and
part of the Bill Gates Vaccine brigade.Fauci has Patents ready in the
event he and Gates can find backing to create a Covid-20 vaccine.
Vaccine are time consuming. We still have no Vaccine for the common
flu.A yearly flu shot is not a Vaccine.AIDS still has no Vaccine.
Plus Fauci was out on a mission to purposedly discredit a near wonder
drug for Covid-19.That being Hydroxychloroquine in combination with
    Zinc.

    Sigh.

In 2018 Trump disbanded the NSC pandemic team. I know what Bolton said, it's BS. The inability of the White House since speaks for itself.

When various people talked, or proposed informing the public, they were suppressed or fired.

This is complicated, but most of what you are complaining about is a result of Trump throwing several monkey wrenches into the works.

Reality, reality, wherefore are thou reality?

Just another silly election year smear that only serves to empower Trump.

VOTE DEMOCRAT FOR VIOLENT RIOTS, VANDALISM AND LOOTING!

The differences between AntiFa and Fa have more to do with stage management than philosophy.

"If we turn to the differences separating Communist, Fascist, and National Socialist regimes, we find that they can be accounted for by contrasting social, economic, and cultural condition in which the three had to operate. In other words, they resulted from tactical adaptation of the same philosophy of government to local circumstances, not from different philosophies." Richard Pipes, "Russia and the Bolshevik Regime", p. 280.

    BS.

You didn't rebut what I said. Antifa has a history going back to before WW2. They oppose fascists. All you had to do was prove me wrong. You can't, of course, but that would have been the next relevant step.

Your quote doesn't mention Antifa, speaking of irrelevance.

"The BBC notes that, "as their name indicates, [a]ntifa focuses more on fighting far-right ideology than encouraging pro-left policy"."
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antifa_(United_States)

That's one of the odd things about them, they don't seek power.

    You have been misinformed. .

"Between his assumption of power in 1933 and the Soviet-Nazi Pact of 1939, Germany and the Soviet Union were, or pretended to be, on the worst of possible terms. They assailed each other with abusive material stressing the ideological incompatibility of Communism and National Socialism, while studiously ignoring the obvious similarities between the two systems...." Ronald Hingley, "Joseph Stalin" p. 292.

In fact, Left Wing radicals in Germany often worked with the NSDAP until 1933 when Hitler no longer needed their support. Beyond that Hitler was supported by Communists and other Left rads all over the world until he broke the pact with the USSR.

You don't know what you are talking about.

Stop babbling and look at the Wiki link.

See if your library can scare up a history of the movement, it started in Italy in the 1920s as opposition to Mussolini.
