SCOTUS overturns Louisiana law restricting abortion access

As if the "Save the Fetus/Screw the Child" crowd really cares about the safety of women. These are likely the same folks who will not even wear a mask to prevent the spread of a potentially fatal virus. Too dumb to see the transparency of their own idiocy and hypocrisy.

 

You do realize this is not about single cell humans who remain single cell for a matter of hours. You must have missed that lecture. It is a human starting the moment of conception.

The famous court case, "Roe versus Wade", made abortion completely legal -- a woman's choice entirely.

That was forty-seven years ago, and yet my fellow Conservatives have been 'shooting ourselves in both feet' OVER AND OVER, trying to overturn this decision, and it has been disastrous!

Every single time some of us on the Right try to fight unrestricted abortion rights to all women, all we do is strengthen the America-hating Left. But if we were smart, we Conservatives would support a woman's right to get rid of her fetus, baby, blob-of-cells, or whatever. Instead, we on the Right give the radical Left a stick to hit us in the head with -- OVER AND OVER, instead of focusing on issues we can and should win!

Personally, I hate Roberts' guts for ramming an obviously unconstitutional piece of sh!t like Obamacare down our throats, but today, I'm much more sick of some of us on the Right always making it so easy for goons and stooges like Roberts to make all of us on the Right look like fools ... I had a feeling from the start that Roberts would be a reasonable guy. I think the same goes for Gorsuch. Alito and Kavanaugh, on the other hand, are RW extremist hacks.

Doubtful this will stop the effort from the religious zealots. What is truly needed is a 3rd option where the fertilized egg can be removed and stored. This would give the women more time to consider and would also save lives as the anti abortionists would claim

Your claim that a living human exists is laughable nonsense - at least from a scientific perspective.

You are welcome to the religious belief that a soul is imparted at conception - but this has no place in law.

 

Maybe if it was really about the sanctity of life for the anti-abortion crowd, they would have spent the past 50 years focused on developing a support and adoption network so that women wanting abortions would have an alternative.

Roberts took a law, Obamacare, written and passed by Congress, and signed by 'the Messiah' -- as a MANDATE, and all by himself, changed it into a TAX in order to try to pass it off as 'legal'. The idea of anybody in a COURT changing a law on his own was something you could expect in Hitler's Germany, but NOT in the United States... and yet, somehow, we're still stuck with the damned thing.... 卐

Personally? I'd say, let women have all the abortions they want -- especially among the class that derives much or all of its income from HANDOUT WELFARE AND 'SUBSIDIES'. And I'd even support legislation making taxpayers, me included, pay for their abortions! After all -- "Abort 'em, or support 'em!"
